I am making fake user-made DLC packs as a parody of these packs... and other DLC from other games, such as Time Savers...
Here's the Forum post on those: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/2118573-minecraft-unofficial-dlc-packs-individual-content-packs-like-in-the-xbox-edition/
I also think that Middle Earth, or Batman/Arkham packs would be good.....
WAIT.....
Star Wars would be awesome!!!! Don't know how you could do that though. I guess you could have the Planets, like Dagobah, and Tatooine, or parts of the Death Star. Star Wars themed skins, a Star Wars themed Texture Pack.. now that I think of it, I can't believe 4J Studios didn't do that first. I think it's a mostly obvious choice. Oh Well.

If you're in survival, and you fall from a high height, select a slime block in your inventory. Then, you aim your mouse down, and then when you get like 50 blocks above the surface, start right clicking like a madman. Then, usually you can place the Slime Block, and all fall damage is gone, and you bounce!!! I've also tried bouncing on a slime block from 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, and and 2000 blocks high... but even when falling from 2000 blocks, you bounce only as much as you would if you fell 50 blocks.
The fall saving technique is kind of hard to do, but if you aim just right, and your timing is just right, you can save yourself.
(I take no responsibility for any fall damage taken whilst trying out this technique)

It's possible that 1.8 could be an Ocean Update, although I doubt it since Oceans were vastly reduced in size. There are a few known 1.8 features, but they are very minor, and do not show us what it will be about. I'm hoping for some new commands and command block features too. Beets will almost definitely be addedin 1.8, since they have been added in 0.8.0 of PE, and the MogMiner said he was adding them. 1.8 will almost definitely be a themed update: after the Redstone Update (1.5) Horse update (1.6) and The Update that changed the world (1.7.2/1.7)

This belongs in the Servers section, or maybe the Discussion. A Moderator will tell you.

Sorry, I don't think I read the entire post. It makes more sense now. It would be cool to be able to get any color wool from it.

Great find!!!
This is in the wrong forum section. It should probably be in discussion since this is not something that should be added, instead it HAS been added.

The title was kind of misleading

I use command blocks to stand for a calendar, so I can tell what day it is, and I don't work, craft, or carry anything on Saturday.

I thought I'd tell everyone what I love about Minecraft, and what I think it is about.
To me, Minecraft is about Infinite Possibility. You can do anything in Minecraft. And if you can't, you can make a Mod or Resource Pack for that purpose.
For me, Minecraft has been about catching up with my friends after school everyday, or building things with people I meet from around the world. Or playing PvP and getting killed many times. But that's the beauty of Minecraft: you always respawn, and always have a new chance to play again (unless it's Hardcore Mode!!).
I also love that no Human can explore an entire Minecraft world in a feasible amount of time. No matter what you find, there's always more that can be found.
I've been playing since during the long 1.4.7 interval. I got better as time went on, and now know most crafting recipes, many Block ID's, and know a lot about Redstone, and command blocks.
I love how much the game has changed since 1.4.7, onyl a few versions ago. It seems like almost everything is different, except the base game. Many people would say that's a bad thing, but I tend to like newer games, and when they get updated I love them ever more.
I also love that for now at least, Minecraft has weekly Snapshots, and free major updates every few months. I'm currently really excited for 1.8, and can't wait to find out what's going to be in it.
Minecraft has made me try to learn programming, so I could make a mod. It also got me interested in Pixel art to make a Resource Pack. I'm really into making Adventure Maps, and I think of myself as a Redstone/Command Block Master. I'm currently working on an awesome Adventure Map. I'm very grateful that all of the big Minecrafters: Hypixel, Sethbling...etc.... keep releasing videos or maps, and in Hypixel's case, run an awesome server that always has enough people to play a PvP game with.
The Soundtrack of Minecraft is beautiful, and helps me do my Homework, fall asleep, and do other things. I bought the Minecraft Volume Beta it was so good.
I also am interested in the Potential Minecraft has to contribute to Education, in History especially.
These are a few of my reasons why I love Minecraft. There's many more, and I would love it if you could add more Below!!!
Thanks!!

I opened up a new Survival world, with the Bonus Chest option enabled. I then tried breaking the chest after taking the items, but then I experienced one of the weirdest bugs I have seen in a while. Once I broke the chest, the chest turned into a iron chest, like from the mod. It was completely white, but still in a chest model. I placed the block, and it still was totally white. I then broke it again, and it turned back into a regular chest. I tried this twice, after exiting the world and trying again.
Weird, Huh?
I have screenshots but can't upload them yet. Can't figure out how to add media.

The theme of this album seems to be audio feedback (I think that's what it's called) at the beginning of the songs.
The End Music is beautiful.
