I also joined this server because it was public. It was fun for awhile, I made a pretty big sphere about 5-7 minutes from spawn and an underwater dome next to it. I'm leaving now for a whitelist server because it got to the point where every time I logged in I had to remove obsidian blocks from my doorway and floods from my roof. It gets old.
The only solution the server mods suggest is to move farther away, essentially to the middle of nowhere. I don't really see how that's a solution. If I wanted to go into the middle of nowhere and build my own little kingdom that no one could see or mess with, I would play single player. The reason I play multi is because I want to share my creations and explore other peoples' without some douchebag tearing it down.
I've moved over to Shadowcraft now. I encourage anyone who's sick of griefing and these Red Faction ****tards to apply to a few whitelist servers. Yeah they're a little smaller, but the time people are saved by not having to fix griefer damage means that there's more time to build and create. There's some pretty incredible stuff out there, and very little of it is on Public servers.

p.s.-if you find skysphere go to the mineshaft directly under. Go down the ladder and break the walls about halfway down. There's a hidden stash there with all my loot. Plenty of diamonds, iron, etc. Enjoy!

My name is zenchronus. I was on a crafting server pre=patch and worked on some pretty big projects. Probably my biggest one was a stadium for the eventual release of pvp. My specific contribution was an overhanging vip viewing stand with benches, plants, and glass floors and walls.
The project I'd like to work on here is a multistory labyrinth with traps and clues. It will be built primarily out of cobblestone, with various portions of the maze consisting of different block motifs.
How many people worked on this server? It's quite possibly one of the most amazing things I've ever seen. I spent an hour exploring it a few days ago (before someone came along and dropped tnt everywhere and wiped out one of the cities.)
I LOVE the themes, the utopian paradise and the authoritarian regime. It's simply incredible. Something like this should be considered a work of art. I'm hoping that you you get a whitelist implemented soon so that griefing will at least be curbed a little. Is there any way you could provide the World file for this server so that I can load it up in single player and mess around?
Oh God... is my maze alright? Is the Coliseum okay? Not that my maze was as cool as the Coliseum, but I spent four hours on it! And I was going to make a second level!

Oh and hopefully I'm still whitelisted, but if you had to reset the list please add me again. I shall rebuild the great maze, and it will be harder, better, faster, AND stronger! (and mazier) (like the kind where you're lost, not like the kind that's the native american name for corn) (... maybe I should put a giant corn cob above it?)
