As mentioned in the title, we do pay! But this is not your conventional pay. Per client, we assign you to you get a base payment of around £2.50. Then we pay you based on how satisfied the buyer is! If they aren't satisfied, you don't get any pay! To apply you must face a test from the Management//Owners team and from there we will evaluate your worth and see if you fit our criteria!
Support Team [Paid]
We are also looking for some support team members, to join our team!. The support team is easily the most important team we have on the development team. They are the first point of contact with any potential buyers! If they mess up, it gives a bad impression which ripples down the rest of the production. We do pay our support team staff. And here are the criteria. Like all staff on the server, you get paid via commission and if you do not meet your monthly targets you will be fired. Below is some more information!
Developers [PAID]
Developers are easily our most valued staff - Developers are what keeps us running They make sure all our client's servers are up and running and that no issues occur. Like all the other staff on this list - Developers are paid based on commission! meaning if we have a 100$ client, they get a percentage of that. They are expected to be able to solve issues daily and be on almost every day! They are also expected to have a positive demeanour to all clients, even when what they are asking for is impossible. We can discuss more payment if you open a ticket!
This referral scheme applies to all staff members, not just the support staff!
Refer someone & they make a purchase: If you have been getting in at least 3 clients per week: You get 10% or parameters defined below, whichever is more If you get 5 clients in a week you can open a ticket to discuss extras If the purchase is between £15 > £30: You get £1 If the purchase is between £31 > £50: You get £2 If the purchase is above £50: You get £5 IF the purchase is above £100: You get a minimum of £10 If the customer is a returning customer and you introduced them: £1 Extra (Min purchase 5GBP) If the purchase is below £15: They count as 1 of your referred clients
