Okay, make a new text doc on your desktop, and paste this in:
@echo off
"%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" -Xms1024M -Xmx1024M -jar minecraft_server.jar nogui
pause
If you have a lot of RAM, change both of the "1024M" parts to about half of what your computer has, for example, I put in "2048M" and I have 4Gb of RAM.
DON'T FORGET TO SAVE THE TEXT DOCUMENT NAME AS EXACTLY AS I SAY: minecraft.bat
EDIT: If this works, open the file and it should run minecraft with more ram. Use that icon instead of the orginal minecraft shortcut
You know you play too much minecraft when you are even more afraid of the dark than normal.
You know you play too much minecraft when you hear hissing whenever you're in your basement.
You know you play too much minecraft when you are afraid that a spider is going to land on you whenever you walk by a tree.
You know you play too much minecraft when you realize everything in this topic happens to you all the time.
I was making an artificial land bridge (one meant to look natural) and as I was making it I looked over and saw a super-charged creeper swimming towards from the ocean. This was before I've ever even experienced a thunderstorm, so it happened without me realizing it (mining or something), and it blew me the **** up. And the explosion was just large enough to make a huge hole the size of my land bridge...
I like your idea, but maybe have the chance differ with the grade of tool you use, like diamond has 1.5x chance over wood. And maybe gold tools have...say, 20% chance instead, since theyre sooo non-durable?
Oh yeah, I didn't even think of how different tiers of tools would affect it. That changes things....
naw wouldnt you get an infinate supply of that item? you can just keep on placing it and breaking it, the same thing what i do to gravel to get flint. :huh.gif:
Well that's why it's such a small chance. And if it did happen to be too often, then halving those would be better.
Also you can't legitimately get ore blocks and tall grass.
I honestly only new of Endermen what I saw on Reddit, and everyone there's just ****ing irritating about them. After that video Notch made demonstrating a ton of new 1.8 stuff I got pretty damn excited. I had no idea the Endermen were that tall. Also I don't understand why everyone is so afraid, you can punch them to death by walking up and nothing will happen (as long as your pointer doesn't leave their body on the way over, but that shouldn't be a challenge they are SO TALL).
And the whole "DEY GONE STEEL MAH BLOCKZ" is bat-**** insane because of all the blocks to steal chances are they are going to pick up some crap block you don't care about.
AND, they are pretty ****in' hard to find if I recall. In the video I saw Notch was about ready to spawn one himself to show it.
Also, I don't care what gets released, **** spiders. The damn things hide up high and nothing will ever scare me more than a ****ing spider landing on me. Ever.
I think this is a really good idea! The only thing is, breaking a flower, a pumpkin or a mushroom shouldn't give you double ever. Then it would be multiplying! Anyways, you have my support.
Oh right, durr. I was looking at a list of natural spawning blocks and thinking of what rate would make sense.

This is great, good exchange rates and whatever.

Thanks xD! I've thought of it since I got minecraft back in 1.4. Every now and then I'd request it here, but to no avail :\
