Imo, the camera positioning is off sometimes. It's looking off in some direction while you're building off in the distance. It's just...off, off, off. Also, the video suddenly ends, if you made the camera look over the entire build for like 5 or so seconds and dim down the sound slowly until the video is over, the format would be a lot better.

The build looks pretty cool from what I could tell, but it's difficult to do so because you don't really get in close much and you don't even look in the right direction.

If you fix all that, perfect.

Intro: Greetings everyone. This is a brand new map that I have decided to release today. It is still a work in progress, but the idea is...well...a lot of ideas. This adventure map has 3 acts and each act has several quests to complete. There is a fully functional town, fully functional shops using command blocks and so much more. It provides with neat puzzles, frustrating parkour areas, exhilarating combat zones and just plain awesome archery targets. Anyways, enough with the intro, there's a lot of information to give you.

Background Story: When the map is finished, the file will also contain a text document with a full all out background story about everything, but for now, settle with this.

You are the child of a farmer. If you are in multiplayer, you are his children. Hey siblings! You do not know your mother, but your father was once a knight, one of the best. When he retired, he raised a family as a farmer. Now, you are packing up to go to the Guardian's Land where your father used to work as a knight. There, your life will change...forever.

The website I use to upload images is currently not letting me upload anything. I'd like to ask a favor and that is that when you play the map that you take a screenshot or two and upload them here. I'll post the best ones on the front page.

I'd also like to mention that I realized that when I add acts 2 and 3, veteran players will be tempted to cheat and skip to those acts. I have decided that each time I release a new act, I will add a brand new side quest to the other acts. This is to urge veterans to replay the map.

I'd also like to mention that I will start work on act 2 soon. I'm still not sure when, but it'll probably either be this weekend or next week. It may take some time, so I suggest being patient.

Others are wondering how I made the map and when. I started working on the map on october 1st and used the snapshots to build the map. I built the thing with cheat codes on and they are still on for players who feel the need to cheat.

Um, if you decide to retry, go to the big square field of tripwire. That teleports you to spawn. Also, lol about the potions. Me and my brother decided to pvp with potions...guess everybody else got them too lol...

Philosophically speaking, what do you mean by, looks good nice job. I made sure the pic gave enough proof the map is not a virus and at the same time not giving away too much of the map. The map also takes at least a few hours to complete with just act 1 alone and you have made several posts in rapid succession. Is this based on the pic, the story, the presentation, or is it merely something you say to everyone? Again, philosophically speaking, I don't mean to offend anybody here.

Feedback:

One thing I find annoying is when I die in lava. I lose all my stuff. I beat it with absolutely no diamond...

However, after the hell part, it was extremely easy.

I admit I cheated on my first try, but I tried again without and it was still too easy.

Also, I would suggest beds at checkpoints. They help you respawn at those positions, though if you sleep at night it skips the night, but that's ok on your map.

One way to make it difficult to pass a jumping level is a huge death penalty, and that's what the hell area had.

I would like to see more work though, and improvements on the current map.
