Back Story:Once a veteran NCR ranger, Tycho was taken captive by a group of raiders, tortured, and wiped of his memory. He wanders the wasteland in search of answers, but despite his loss of memory, he can still kick some total *ss, NCR ranger style.[/b]
Why you want to be mod: I can be kind and relateable to the common player, but if need be, I can become stern and harsh. I have a minor degreee in psychology, so I can figure out how people think and what agitates and angers certain people. I can talk someone out of breaking the rules while keeping up a friendly, charismatic vibe, which, in the end, is the only thing that would keep that conversation going.
Past experiences: InfernoCraft (Closed due to lack of donations), BedrockCraft (Closed, uninformatively) , Stonistith's Penguin Craft (DDOS'ed)
Why do you want to join the server: After the previous servers I have been staff on either went down, or just fell apart completely, I am currently left without any servers to help or manage, and that is one of my favorite things to do.
What can you do to benifit the server: I can provide not only a stern enforcing charismatic vibe, but also connect and be kind to players and other staff figures. I have experience in the field of building and when given some command blocks, I can do some amazing crap. Being that I am very soft-spoken, I find it easy to be able to convince others what is right and what isn't, but still keep a friendly connection, which, in the end, is all that really makes people want to hear what I have to say. I have a minor degree in psychology, so I know how most people will react to situations, and what makes certain people angry.upset.
What makes you different from the rest applying: Like the aforementioned stern and harsh side of me, I also enjoy talking and helping out the casual community, while still not letting go of the enforcement of the rules. Also, like said before, I have taken classes in psychology, and can use that to help enforce the rules and/or convince others to do certain things (donate, vote, ect)

Anything else: Yes, as a matter of fact, I have been staff on 3 servers (2 of which have gone down, and one which was taken over by a DDOS hacker), none of the servers were very "populated", but I still had a very good time, and I think I will have a good time on this server as well.
After the servers I used to be Admin on fell apart, I am currently un-used as a staff member and looking for any work you can offer. I have experiences on servers such as InfernoCraft, BedrockCraft, Stonistith's PenguinCraft, and more. Any admin related position is appreciated, so please, reply if you are interested.

I'm playing MineCraft unmodded (1.8.6) And whenever I spawn in a custom player head and place it down or on a armor stand, it doesn't load! It just stays as Steve or Alyx's. Can someone tell me how to fix this?
