Think that a server being extra hard means that you can't put time into an epic build? Think again. Building is just as fun, but all the more gratifying. We use GriefProtection to claim and protect. You'll start out with a few claim blocks available, but the time you spend on the server will increase them quickly.
Think I'm just some kid who got butt hurt on another server and decided to go it on his own? Wrong. This is an adult owned server, on dedicated commercial hardware and we pride ourselves on our mature, but exciting community. We have been open to the public for more than 6 months.
The ExtraHardMode plugin is our primary featured mechanic, and man does it make for some great Minecraft. Take a look at the video to get an idea. We tweak a few things, like disabling the "Always Angry Pig Zombies" to balance it out, but I promise you'll never know why you thought vanilla Minecraft was fun again.

Life on Tralfamadore is much harder than you may have experienced on other worlds. The earth is more unstable and mining can pose a much greater challenge. You will not want to build with dirt or cobble, as they will not hold together. Zombies may slow you when in battle, skeletons may shoot silverfish rather than arrows. These are only a few of the unusual circumstances that will test your will.

The server name is the name of a 4-th dimensional race's planet originally in Kurt Vonnegut's Slaughter-House Five, where the Tralfamadorians exist outside of time. Is your fate on Tralfamadore determined by your free-will and creativity, or, just like the Tralfamadorian view on the death and destruction of war, inevitable and fatalistic?
