Millenaire does have 2 releases for 1.3.2 already. I've been playing the first release for a couple of days, the second release was out today or yesterday and is supposed to fix a bug or 2.

So I'm in the process of trying to get these things happy together. From what I understand Millenaire should just be using the files it needs from BTW and function without forge installed.
The installation process is supposed to go as follows (from what I've read)
Manually install modloader (including delete meta-inf)
Manually install BTW
Manually install Millenaire (now only consists of folders to put in the MODS folder)
Doing things that way my game starts, and I can create a new world without issue. In the new world via creative mode I can see all of the BTW items and spawn them (kibble looks like glowstone dust in hand?)
I can not see any Millenaire items, and the "Millenaire is loaded" notification does not appear. Obviously, Millenaire is not participating properly but at the very least is just sitting things out.

In addition I have MCForge 4.0.0.232 Universal downloaded only, not installed.
I have had Millenaire 4.00 and Forge 4.0.0.232 installed together without much issue (few Millenaire bugs from the new version) previously.
I did do this current install from a "force update"/fresh MC
Next I'm going to try installing Modloader > Forge > BTW > Millenaire.
