Hi! I've been having these problems for a very long time. Both World Edit and World Guard are not working. When I try to use world edit it says Operation Completed, but does nothing. When I define a region in World Guard and someone places or breaks a block, it says, Hey! you cant place/break that here, but still lets them do it. I tried with FAWE too and it still didn't work. Also, I posted this on both Bukkit and Spigot, which didn't work out either.
