Minecraft is a game that I am not unfamiliar with, I have been playing this game for about 7 years since 1.2.5 update. At the start, I played Minecraft casually jumping from server to server just casually playing the game, but then I realized the reason why I loved this game so much was because of its people. So I started to apply for various staff teams in various servers and I had many experiences being staff starting from helper all the way up to Head-Admin. Although I had a lot of experience being staff, there are two particular ones that I had a great impact on the server and its community.
The first one happened a few months ago, where I decided to join a staff team as an Admin. In that server, I helped numerous amount of people with everything starting from small stuff like bugs to banning hackers, the Owner of the server decided that I was "worthy" enough to be the Head-Admin of Recruitment in that server, so I handle different staff applications by accepting or rejecting them depending on the quality of the application. That server sadly is long been shut down due to management issues and the lack of players.
The second important experience would be also a recent event, where I became Admin. The server is a faction server and is considerably smaller than my previous server. I started off being a Trial-Admin by helping various people throughout the server, furthermore, I have been tasked on being the Admin on the server when the Owner had to go on vacation for a week and he trusted the entire server to me. Like the previous server, this server has sadly become "extinct" due to the lack of players

I am what you would usually call as a leader, I love to lead people but I am not power crazy, I believe that true leadership does not need power. Relevant experience: Like you, I've been around MC since early beta. I started getting into server running for MC in late beta and have ran server ever since. Pretty much about 6 - 7+ years in Minecraft server running I believe. I have worked with a wide variety of plugins and can usually learn most in reasonable time if I don't already know it. I even have knowledge with bungeecord setups too.
I also have a background in Linux. I've worked with Linux systems for a while now. I will say that I wouldn't consider my setup skills as professionally done, but I can usually work with a Linux system pretty well. Of course there is more I am learning as I always try to improve me skill with it.
What's in it for you? (What do you want to accomplish?): I just mainly want to work on a server with a team who actually cares to work on it. The MC community is full of people who want a high role and just don't care to put the effort in. Also, I miss running a server with a good team. Ive ran my own server for a long while now and I just been having no luck with taking it off the ground reciently (this is part of the reason I said maybe on being an owner).
Other information (Portfolio stuff, etc.): Just so it's known before you make a decision, I can get a bit busy with my own job at times. So if I work with you, I'm hoping you will be understanding with my availability. As far as communication goes, I can usually be reached (through discord preferably) practically every day during most times. So even if I'm not on the server, you should be able to contact me.
A side thing. I'm hoping this doesn't become a cash grab server if I am accepted. I'm not big on servers that focus on grabbing donations at every corner. Here on ArchForge, we want to give gamers a fun environment to discuss and play video games!! We set out to supply our members servers where they can play together on, as well as a platform where they can find others to play games with.
