Dude... gravel sucks. Nobody wants gravel at all. Sure you get flint but it looks like a terd that got petrified. Also you "xupwardx suffocated in a wall"
I think hardcore worlds are too easy. Personally, I like hard games. But this is not hardcore enough. Zombies should be able to break down your doors faster. Also hostile mobs should spawn during the day (maybe a downgraded version of monsters). Ore should be harder to find. Thanks for reading!

I would add a biome that included a mob ( like mooshroom and mushroom biome ). I would add an oasis biome. I always thought that deserts where kinda boring. Finding an oasis would make it epic. The mob... hmmm... what lives in an oasis? Safari animals xD
I think that a good biome to be added would most definitely be a biome that has a single and giant mountain, going all the way up to the snow covered peak where an ice monster would spawn, with 1/10 chances being friendly/neutral. Up there would be several abandoned houses and chests. If the monster is friendly, then you can live there and use the houses there. If the monster is hostile however, it will throw ice balls at you, similar to the ghast, and will have 20 hearts with the ice balls doing 2 1/2 hearts of damage each hit in an area. It also has a melee attack which does 2 hearts of damage. Furthermore, inside the mountain there is an increased amount of dungeons and larger cave systems branching off from one major one which would eventually lead up to the monster.
Me exploring a cave when a skeleton almost kills me when my pet snow man runs down and sacrifices his life for me by throwing snowballs at him. I had time to kill the skeleton. D=
