guys???????//

crafting dead is a cauldron based server. i cant get it to work in hosthorde and multicraft ive done everything i could possibly think of. i followed the guys video tutorial, but placing all the files in the root of the server and putthing the 3 server jars into a /jar folder (cause hoster says to do that) and i renamed both of the cauldron .jars to custom_server.jar not at the same time, but one at a time, leaving the other unchanged.

if i make the custom jar the cauldronbukkit one, it does nothing and wont start. however the cauldron01.6.4.2535515543511.jar (replace random numbers with correct stuff) and it throws out a ton of "cant find this library" errors

i cant get a log file because it doesnt produce one, the best i have is the console output.

the other thing i tried was running the server on my computer first to get all the files and folders before hand, and then using FTP to transfer it all into the root of the server. i did make sure to go into server.prop and adjust the server-ip and port number to fit my hosthorde service.

for the console putput, the bottom of it is the oldest, and the top is the newest, although im sure you can tell by looking at the time stamps.

also included are two images, one that shows the root of the server as it is now, and the other is what it inside the /jar folder

if anyone can help it would be much appreciated!!

What makes you so fit for this role? I take the job of Admin seriously. Ive played on servers were there were too many mods and not enough admins and the admins were never on, and when someone was doing something really bad, the mods weren't able to do anything about it (probably cause of how the server was just set up?), so, my goal is to be an admin that will be there, or at least one of them that will be. I take the rules seriously and i enforce them as they should be. But I'm fair. I give them a warning and if they continue, it will be a tempban, anything after than is the discretion of the the owner, or someone higher up. I've also seen servers where the admins were taking advantage of their powers, and the owners would not see that.

Your skills: Rule enforcement, great with younguns, I respect all members of the server (that includes the owners, admins, mods, etc and even the non-staffers), Im not a mean or abusive admin or player (thats a plus lol),I can also teach people how to do various things (anything from how to build a something, all the way to giving advice on stuff (also applies to other staff members)) (tbh ive never really understood the skills part of these forms.. lol give me some examples and then i could probably tell you what youre asking)

Your weaknesses: I can't say that i have any.. unless the lack of building ability counts haha

Why should we pick you? like i said before, im a great person in general. i treat everyone with respect, and i trust the other staff and normal players that they will do their job (if they are on staff) correctly and efficiently. I like to have fun as admin. i mean, i could troll players, but i would never do anything to where they would leave and never come back, if they die, i give their stuff back and repair any damage done. i have knowledge with plugins and know how to do most if not all tasks that is asked for by an admin. I treat rules seriously. seriously. I also love to interact with the players and participate in various activities, and just letting players know that the staff members aren't just working on the side, that they are in the main action.

How much time do you have to dedicate to the server? It really depends on the day. the weekends im usually free all morning (i work the afternoons), but during the week (M-F), i can dedicate easily 8 hours if i have nothing going on that particular day. im also graduating in a couple weeks so my teachers are piling up homework and stuff so it really depends right now. i do know once school is done, i can probably give you all day.

Past experience: hm.i was an admin on a server a couple years ago. the server died because the owner just kinda vanished and then wasnt being paid for so it just died.. i was admin on a small server 50-70 players,but that ended because someone took advantage of powers and banned everyone (it wasnt pretty) and then the owner didnt want to deal with it so he closed it down. I didnt start getting into the staff field of servers until maybe 3 years ago, but i had about a 1 year hiatus cause i just lost interest in MC haha.

3. PAST EXPERIENCE? - I have ran Admin and co-owned a couple of small servers in the past. usually about 50-70 people. I made sure people were following all rules given by the server owner. I also worked closely with the owner and all other staff members in making sure everyone was having a good time and i also helped them create things for the world (minigame arenas, a hub, etc, although i forgot how it was done a long time ago since i took a break in minecraft), im also an owner of my own server, havent found time to do anything with it quite yet

I would run the job well and you would love having me as a staff member.

Here's the thing: i bought this for one of the clubs in my school. whether they decide to use it or not I don't know right now. But please note, this would be for them, so I guess you could say the server could be reset at any time? Although I wont just boot you off. I'll let the public play on it. Just be aware that there will be other people with the same rank but will have no affiliation with the public side of it.

i can host the hermitcraft modsauce modpack if you would like

bethesda had to really FIGHT to get those mods. it didnt come very easily. plus game modding is technically against the terms of service or acceptable use policy crap on xbox. althouth the mods on skyrim are able to get an exception for some reason or another

i believe you can go to your minecraft folder.. i think theres a folder called better records, and go in there and see if you can find those music files... i think you can find them there and delete them

i still use ths mod, its one of a kind!!! you should release another update sometime.. like being able to manually set the orientation of the lazers after you place them, or doing them upside down, or even (if its possible) to have them move on their own ( like real live rave lights do), and same with strobes, and include different olour flashed.. and different types of radios, like booboxes or something, and volume control.. or like combining multiple crystals together to switch between them without taking them out.. this mod can go lots of places!!!
