One of your mods is out of date or your forge is out of date. I think it's mouse tweaks. Try removing that. And for the future post these in the modded help place. Normally the issue is to do with forge and people there will be more helpful.
The client attempts to join a server for a limited amount of time before it decides it takes too long. This is mostly because of lag on the server side. Are you confident your host machine is powerful enough to handle hosting a modded server?

You need to set your environment vars to Java.

Can you give the crash report as well? That is much easier to read then the log.

Get rid of that. That's the mod causing the issue.

This is a simple question just to Google. There might be a plugin out there. Just need to know how to look.

Make sure to save worlds, resource packs etc

Try checking your hosts file. Try googling that to understand how it works.
If that fails try checking your firewall.

You need to give the error that appears in the console. Run the command again and then copy over what appears in the console into a spoiler.
Did you check if your plugin is for 1.8?
Make sure to read over the plugin page and download the version that corresponds to the version of your server

I would like some more insight before i apply for a dev position. Being a dev is a commitment and i don't want it to be wasted on a dead end server.
