Ive got lots of experience and skill I've been lucky enough to have been apart on many server community, I've had the chance to be Moderator on 2 servers sadly due not enough funding on one of them it had to shut down and on the other one the developer sadly destroyed the server files and server. Ive been Head-Mod on 1 server and that server is currently down Till further notice and they haven't notified the staff team on why, Ive been admin on 2 and i am currently admin on 1. I'm currently Head-Admin on one server and I've been on 2 but they shut down. I’ve Been a co owner on 1 server but decided to resign as i was young at the time and i thought it would be best to resign to a lower rank, I've also had the pleasure of Owning 2 servers and after 1 year on one of them i decided to cash in my money and sold the server, my other server is currently under maintenance and unable to be re-released. My experience level is very high even though i am only a teenager i have still got lots of experience in being a staff member and a being part of a team, I've also got many traits and skill, Im very humorous but when i need to i can be stern, serious and responsible I'm a likable person and can get along with anyone when i am set a task i make it my goal to complete it to the best of my abilities and if i don't know how to do it i would look it up and learn how to do it, i would never give up a task or opportunity to do something and i would love to help this server grow and become ever better! I've got many skills i can world edit add basic plugins and code basic ones i can also configure basic websites and config team speaks.
Why would you like Staff:
i would love to be part of your staff team i am a loyal trustworthy person with great characteristics and awesome skills. i believe i can help this server become even better then it already is because I've had lost and lots of experience as a staff member and i can bring that to the server and share that with the other staff members, but i also can learn from others I've still got a lot to learn even though I've learnt a lot theres always something new to learn and that would also be a great part of joining the team is to learn new things and then use them to help the server. I'm a humorous person with a funny, charming and likable personality but when its appropriate and needed i can be responsible and stern and also serious.

I believe every person is great and unique in there own way, mine is communicating with others I've always been good at that and i love meeting and making new friends and people i believe my friendly and loving personality would be great in your staff team but also i can bring lots of experience and passion to the team as I've been staff on many servers and i think i can teach others and share my knowledge, but i can also learn new things and use them aswell
Situations:
What would you do if someone reported a hacker to you
i would gather proof (photos, recordings etc) then i would jail the user if it was a weaker hack and then report and send the proof to an owner or higher ranked staff member, it it was a bigger stronger hack i would temp ban them asking them to appeal the ban on the website.
What would you do if a spammer was spamming
i would first ask them 2 times to stop nicely then i would temp mute them for 5 minutes with a warning saying next time its a jail or 15 minute mute, i would screen shot then forward it on to a higher ranked staff, if they continued i would jail them or perm mute and notify a higher staff member
what would u do if someone threatened to DDOS the server or someone on the server
i would get proof and evidence then i would perm ban them and notify a staff member asap with the proof and explain the situation to them

Applying for Admin - Mod or the Rank you think suit's me the best, If someone was hacking, I Would firstly make sure about that he's hacking, by when he's fighting someone, i /V and unvanish behind him, If he hacks, Well, it depends on the Rules, Since if hacking is a perm ban, I perm ban, if 30 day ban, I30 day ban
Again, it would depend on what the rule is. If it was disrespecting, I would probably warn them a maxium of three or two times. if they do it like 3 more times, i'll probably temp-ban, but when He's unbanned and if he does this again, it's probably a perm ban

HOW ACTIVE ARE YOU IN-GAME AND ON FORUM?; On this forum (minecraftforum,) not much. I only really use it to apply for positions. If it were the server's personal forum, I would probably check it daily or at least twice a week. In-game, I practically play Minecraft every day. Unless I have an appointment or visitor. I can't help that.
WHY DO YOU WANT TO JOIN US?; I feel like, for my age, and how people categorize and judge it - I am mature. Since I have been playing Minecraft for seven or more years, I feel like I should give something back to the wondrous community. Also, reading into your server, it seems interesting and has the potential for something big. I would help to help your team achieve that.
DO YOU HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE?; I applied for a server (Pixelized,) I was accepted as a moderator, but the server was still in massive development and had years to go, the owner was still a kid, who knew how he would pay for the server. So I left, thanking them for the time. But even before that, I applied as a mod for a server, (RandomlyCrafted.) A friend ran the server, he said my age would be an issue and politely declined. But during the time that server stayed up (It has since shut down,) I tried my hardest to help the staff. I would warn people doing the wrong things (e.g: advertising, hacking, disrespecting...) and if they continued I would contact a staff memeber on duty or the owner, who was almost, always on.

HAVE YOU BEEN BANNED ON A SERVER BEFORE? IF SO, WHY?; As I explained before, I used a server called RandomlyCrafted. Since I was still young (or at least, younger than I am now. Maybe 7-8) I told the guys, including a good friend of mine who happened to be staff, that I was on late at night. He told me to go to bed and I ignored him, like the child I was. To force me, He banned me. I still have a screenshot of the event on my Enjin page. I might delete a bunch of posts in the future, though. So who knows if it might get lost in the abyss or not. To put it simply, he banned me as a joke. It was a temp ban lasting eight hours.
WHAT HAPPENED IF SOMEONE WAS HACKING?; Depends what the hack was, to be honest. If it was something simple like the infamous Jesus Hack, I would warn them before hand. If it continued, it would result in a ban. However, if it was serious like flying or X-Ray... Even KillAura - I would immediately ban them, those things just ruin a server in which PvP is important.

I would then have other staff confirm too, unless it was obvious they were hacking. I would then give the appropriate punishment, whatever you tell me to do for that certain hack, or if I am not instructed, do the punishment I think is best.
What happened if someone was disobeying the rules? If someone was disobeying the rules, I would first warn them, warn them a second time, and then kick them. Then if they come back I would temp ban them. Then eventually ip ban.
