One of the mods is trying to spawn an entity with invalid attributes.

First update Openmodularturrets, forge and buildcraft.
If it continues, then just go mods one by one, looking them up and comparing version numbers. Or if that is too much, you can always just grab a modpack with the mods you want.
From the log, it's saying it's unable to keep up so it crashes. It's possible your machine isn't powerful enough to run both client and server as the same time. 1GB should be enough for a vanilla server, but it crashing due to performance might be that it isn't able to get all of the resources it needs as your cpu/ram aren't able to keep up. That is my guess.

Generic disconnect error. Will need his client logs, it will contain an error even if it doesn't create a crash-report file.

That part said Buildcraft. There was also another error for modular. I also have seen an error about the fluids and forge.

Restore a backup if you have one.

Try setting this.

See if using that works.

You can try.

http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/chest-commands/
This might be what you are looking for. No experience with it though, just a simple search brought it up.

Please provide your server.properties to pastebin after rebooting your server.

How much ram is it booting with? 2GB and you want more or less than 2GB even though you set it to 2GB?
