Has anyone else had a problem using a controller the last few days? I had been using a Logitech controller but it recently stopped working. I thought it might be broken but it still works with other games. I now using a PS4 controller with a program called input mapper without problems.
I am suggesting obsidian weapons. Obsidian has been used in real life to make knives and arrowheads. I propose an obsidian sword doing two damage levels above diamond but with the durability of a gold sword and obsidian arrows doing twice the damage of a regular arrow. This would make obsidian more useful.
It would make sense for string to burn so that's fine. As for setting myself on fire by spider, you are right it was not necessary just conversational.
I was in a mine the other day and came into a hallway full of spider webs. It was taking quite a toll on my sword hacking through, so I had the idea to try flint and steel. It turns out spider webs will not currently burn. Since wool can burn and 4 webs=1 wool it seems like it should. On a funny related note spiders themselves are flammable but setting them on fire as they charge you is a great way to set yourself on fire as well :).

Invisible walls, poor camera controls.
Specific to the Witcher 3. Geralt can jump a fence, Roach can not.

The crafting patterns would be:
Ob=Obsidian
St=Stick
Fr=Feather
Obsidian Sword

Obsidian Arrow

How about hard to build cities? For example: Rapture (Bioshock Underwater), Columbia (Bioshock in the sky), Dis (Dantes Inferno built in nether).

That would be cool. Along the same lines it would be nice if you could set armor to invisible so it doesn't cover up your skin.

Ok, thanks for the help.

Are there nether fortresses in the beta? I've made a couple expeditions into the nether from multiple portals, but no luck so far.

I bulit a lighthouse and dock. I placed a chest next to the dock and filled it with boats.

Cut scenes can be beautiful and move the plot along but with technology were it currently is there is no excuse for:
1) Unskipable cut scenes. Because the sixth time you have to sit through the difficult bosses' monologue your begin to loss interest.
2) Unpauseable cut scenes. Phone ring, kids break/spill things, and people come to the door.

Wow. Thanks for mocking that up! It looks exactly like I envisioned the wall mount.
Here is what the ground version might look like.
