So that is a no go on how to grow your own great oak trees? And you can not put 4 oak sapplings into the same pattern as dark oak, that does not make them grow great oaks.

So how do you grow great oaks or any of the other "great" trees that spawn in these new biomes? Or is there no way, once you cut them down they are gone for good?

The trees in question would be from the Coniferous Forest, Fungi Forest, Redwood Forest.

What is the "pattern" for replanting those kind of trees? Because I have put them in a 2x2 pattern like you would for dark oak trees and only one sapling grew.

I am wondering about the big trees that grow in certain biomes. I cut one down and got some saplings, I planted those saplings but it did not reproduce the big tree. So then I tried planting it in the biome it came from and again no big tree. So if we cut these big trees down they are gone?

Yeah Drakeero I removed this from the server I play and run. There were so many ores that I did not use or did not have the mods for. Its was ridiculous and now there are holes everywhere where those ores were. Could care less but yeah this mod needs to be updated so we can configure and opt out of the ores we don't use or have the mods for.

I recently brought the world back to 1.7.2 so any hope that that version gets updated too would be pointless or far reaching.

Never Mind....I forgot to add BIOMESOP to the server file!

So I edited the biomeweights config and now the new biomes are extremely far away from each other. I am not running into the biomes like I did before I changed the config file, did I do something wrong?

    Here the config I changed.

I also have chocolate quest, moar food, moar ores, ore-plus, rope plus, simple ores, underground biomes construct and wild caves mod installed on the server.
