About half an hour ago I created a vanilla Minecraft Server. I got on for the first time and tried out some commands. However it said "You do not have permission for this command" I facepalmed because I forgot to add my name to the list of OPs. I logged out, added my name and joined back. It still said I was not an OP ect.I have scoured the internet but no avail. You are my last hope guys, please help.
I've seen a few other threads about this happening, never had the issue myself, though.
Thanks for the link, it was useful but I still have the problem D: I would just use the cached copy but I can't get a copy of the download. Every time I Google it gives a billion different things. Most of them don't work and the others are just the same.
Okay guys, here's my problem. I wanted to download the Tekkit mod pack a yesterday but when I tried to access the site I couldn't connect (I'm using Google Chrome and I got the "Oops! Derp herp" Error message.). I tried several times and it still didn't work. I used a IPhone and an Ipod to try and get on but it was still not responding. I got a friend to check it out and he said it worked. I am using Windows 7 and I have tried flushing my DNS, turning of my router, Windows Troubleshooting it and have messed around with Chrome's settings as well. IE also couldn't make it work.
I need some serious help here and if you could help me it would be very much appreciated.
TL:DR Version: Can't open a specific site. Need help.
I may take you up on this offer. Getting kinda tired of playing with the toybox on SP Gmod and I've always wanted to try an RP server that isn't raided by mingebags.

Yeah, I noticed, but it still said "Hurr Durr Application Accepted". I told my friend and he was like "Winston, you're a Derponaut". I don't get why it said your application has been accepted if it was public. Also, FYI I found it went public like 2 minutes after I posted.
I applied for the Beta a week or so ago. I thought I wouldn't get it but, just as I closed CS:S and looked at the Steam News, I see the Heavy temptingly waving a bullet at me, with my letter of acceptance. It's installing now! So, any ideas/tips from fellow SFM users? I have a great idea for a story in my head, I'll tell you guys when it's made. TL:DR Version: I just got the SFM Beta (Source Film Maker).
FOR ANYONE WONDERING: SFM (Source Film Maker) is a program made and used by Valve (Video Game Company) to make trailers and animations for their games. They released to the public in a Beta form. Players can apply for the program at Valve's website. It is currently only compatible with Team Fortress 2, although it is believed that we will be able to use it for other Source games when it is openly released. Yes, it IS free (That is why Valve have a special place in my heart)

It would have 64 shots and would kill anything in a 30 or so block radius.A bit OP but you can tweak however you like
