This would be very interesting. Maybe you could even add signs that the village tried to fight back, with bits and pieces of iron golems, dropped wooden swords, or even the the Church being especially wrecked when they tried to hide inside it.
Hmmmm, hasnt this been suggested before? oh yeah, it has.... a lot.
Hee hee hee, I know. Sorry.
It just gets on my nerves when i'm spamming a wall with redstone and screaming, "COME ON YOU STUPID PIECE OF BRICK, THIS THING IS LIKE FREAKING GLUE!!!"
This wouldn't a huge update, and I think it's something we've all been waiting for for a long time. Let redstone go on walls. That way, we can make lightswitches, we can make billboards, less complicated machinery, etc. etc.
Look, I REALLY may be the black sheep on this one, but then again, this is coming from a guy who did his civil war report from the point of the confederates, so this isn't a big deal for me.
I actually think this has the potential to be a good idea, with a little work. I like how all the dimensional coding of minecraft would be in there, but that would take a long time. Instead, you could make it like a dimensional garbage can of the universe, where random portals occasionally open or close to the other dimensions (Another way to the end), where monsters and villagers are mushed into one, where certain minecraft physics don't apply, and where enchanting and magic does not exist.
It would almost be like the room of requirement in Harry potter, only this is bigger and weirder.
It would add new items too, like artifacts that could be a cross between a sword and a hoe, creating sickle, or a shovel and a pickaxe, making a trench shovel, and weird contraptions that elevate items and crush them.
I really like love this idea. some people just kill villagers for the fun of it, and raid their chest jest to get items people could get on their own. But you should be able to earn your reputation back. so people can learn to treat the villagers nice. it should be that if you have a horrible reputation of murdering other villagers, villagers AND an iron golem attack you together so you get to feel what it's like to be the person that gets murdered!
Also I don't think you should be allowed to take their wheat.
Also, you should at least TRY to save a villager when they get attacked by a zombie even if you are not responsible for them.
I agree, you should have the ability to earn your rep back. Villages ARE quite scarce.
Well, they could add battle music. They also could add critical points, like a Zombies head or the underbelly of a spider. They could add the lock -on, like someone said. They could also add places where you chop of limbs (Although that wouldn't work well with a creeper).
Brief list of my thoughts for some new weapons:
Shield: Could be used to block arrows, pigmen swords, etc., but it would have to be raised, and in "Raised" mode, you can't attack.
Staff: Can stun an enemy as well as doing damage.
Club: Has more power than the staff, but shorter range.
Javelin: Same power as the sword, but can be thrown and collected.
Knife: Very small durability and power, but deals insta-kills at critical points.
They could also add little animations when you hit a critical point, though even without blood that might be considered graphic.
Ex. Third person view of the player cutting off a zombies head.
This would be the perfect village AI if Jeb just puts it in.
However there needs to be some sort of boundary so the villagers don't just go wandering away. I find it very annoying when I'm trying to fortify a village -_-.

Are there sea monsters in water dimension? Because I would like to be crushed by a massive kraken or incinerated by a gargantuan leviathan.

The fog freaks me out, and since I have to use it since I use a laptop, it would be helpful if I had something to take my mind off it

I'd prefer Notch putting in the skylands, so we have a kind of contrast.
Nether = Normal Hell
Ender = Hellish hell.
Overworld = Earth
Skylands = Heaven

It was a library, with a white testificate as well as a farm, gravel and a well. Is this a chunk error, or have other people seen something like this?
Please tell me, because it's weird. Not SCARY weird, just they-didn't-tell-us-this-was-in-the-game weird.
