Why should you be chosen as admin?: I have been Sr.Warden before on another server, and know what I’m doing. I stepped up to the plate, and took the position of Officer, and became the second ever DEA, getting it remarkably fast. I have no strikes against me either. I do tend to go straight by the rules though. If you saw what happen earlier today while I was at the Police Station, I kept patient as I kept having swords pop up out of nowhere, and I managed it in a quickly, and efficient manner. Although school starts for me Monday, and for Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Fridays, I have either Boy Scouts, or Band during Football Season, so I won’t be on as much, but I will still try to be on. I do type really fast, and let’s just say that I type a bit faster than a lot of the Users, well that, or my reaction time(Why didn’t I try out for ChatMod? I find it better to fill in what is needed first, and to improve the gameplay for other Users, and in this case, bringing in the Cop Vs. Robber type of feeling). As I will state later on in the Application, I would be willing to be an Admin Law Enforcement if I could. Do you think you could be non-bias to your friends who play the server: It is something I have been doing for quite a while
Additional info: I would still like it if Officer+ could use /who and /list, and if the DEA+ doesn’t get the 1 and a half minute Speed 2, it’s too much of a pain having to keep getting whole kits just to get a single potion, I would also like DEA+ to be able to walk out of spawn, and destroy unprotected areas (DEA Can’t for some reason).

I wish that I could be a Admin and Law Enforcement, but that might not be humanly possible (well maybe it is if I had the kits, and survival mode while on Duty) If I do get Admin, and can’t be Law Enforcement as well, we might not have any active DEA Agents (or any Officers at all), but I know that someone else will come eventually.
This could've been partially avoided if Officer+ Had /who or /list (/help would be nice to, as well as access to destroy plants, etc. (I can't, and I'm DEA, and raided)
If you look at the order of these screenshots I took of Waffles (Numbers), you'd see that Waffle was flying from one side of the mall to another... he joined shortly prior.

How many hours a day can you be on attending to your duties?: (IE: around 4h a day) Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays mostly 4-6 Hours, most other days would be around 2-4 (I have band/BSA a lot)

Have you ever been banned or muted? If so, for how long and for what reason?: On this server, no, on other, I've been banned from bias OPs, even though I had proof that he abused, he denied the appeal just because he doesn't do his job right. I've been muted a few other times by false filers, but for the most part, I'm not a rule breaker.
Will you treat each user with respect, and without favoritism?: I have been Sr.Warden once, and I got it for multiple reasons, I would have been fired if I was bias.
Have you ever before been a cop/guard on previous drug and/or prison servers?: Like I said, I was Sr.Warden once, and Sr.Guard once (I still have proof of my being Sr.Guard:

I am a decent PvPer, and seeing how I've defeated at least 4 C's with my bare hands with no Armour or potions, I'm one of the better fighters here out of the applicants. I am the BEST choice for Guard out of all these current applicants. Umm... What you said is impossible. Seeing as how if you get Apples you also get Potions with it... So what'd you do with them? Throw them out? I HIGHLY doubt that.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I am the best choice for Guard because I've had more experience that most other users, there aren't many other Applicants, I got Elite/Donor, and the fact that the need has come for guards, seeing as there is only one guard, and one Sr.Guard. There won't be many other chances to have a better guard than me. If you choose me, it would decrease the amount of crimes that get away, and it would help assist the 2 actual Guards. I would not let you down.
