Currently using an AMD RX580 on Windows 10, I seem to get Z-fighting whenever there's overlap of textures but only on this shader pack with certain texture packs

This is another shaderpack, as well as optifine's internal shader,
Using 1.18 medium (turned some settings down), weird thing happens when I look in specific angles near water, the water blocks just start randomly teleporting everywhere and it looks like blocks are taken out, I can see them through blocks. Doesn't happen with parallax water mapping on but I don't wanna turn that on. Using an RX550 with a Core 2 Quad 8300
