Reason for joining: realm which i have spent the last few months on has died down and owner has dissapeared where i built most of the community farms. So i wanna find a realm with dedicated players we can all work on big projects and not dissapear.
A couple friends and I have been playing on our realm for about a year, there is a couple medieval style villages, a growing modern city, and several random outposts. We are looking for builders looking to help grow the world.

he realm is up and running since 2019 august. I can't repeat this enough, the game version is JAVA About the world, rules and requirements:
The world spawn is a completely terraformed mushroom biome, a huge island. - Avoria
Completely vanilla survival. The difficulty is set on hard.
So far we have 3 towns and many outter builds. Things we have: a community greenhouse, barn, iron farms, villager farms, guardian farm, double railway, enderman xp farm, spawn vault system, safe nether highway between the towns, different biomes and the end portal.
Custom unique items available such as eternal elytra or custom potions. More information in game.
PvP is on even though killing, griefing, stealing and any kind of illegal activites will not be tolerated.
The previous statement applies to continuous trash talk as well.
Dedication is highly appreciated but not required. - common good.
You must be over 18 years old. - I may take exceptions.

New Realm, we have just switched from an SMP to a hermitcraft. This is due to many people wanting to switch over and make a proper community.
Rules:
No Duplicating, Natural style gameplay.
No Hacking, and of course No Stealing, No Greiving. This is Hermitcraft. We work together.
Instant Ban for any. We have many players who just want to play in a community.
Currently have just over 40 members. All are great people who really help keep the server alive.

At Spawn, we have 3 main districts, Housing, Shopping and Resource, we require every player to have a house at spawn, and require all new players to stay within spawn for the start of there journey. This is to ensure you can be apart of the community and there are no problems at all and so when you come back to spawn you have a place to organise sort prepare and sleep.

Afterwards you are then welcome to carry on your journey and settle down where you like,
Communication is vital, if something happens in game, leave a sign or let people know in discord, we are quite an open realm.

Hey you! Are you looking for a realm filled with cool people? Look no further! In Greenlands we have different types of people. We have cool laid back people aswell as some people who say weird things sometimes but who doesn't. We have a great owner with some great admins!
With every realm there are some things you like to know before joining so here are our things.
Griefing is not permitted on this realm and we have a set of rules at spawn for you to look over.
We already have a few friendly active players so not very often you will ever play alone! We mainly add people who are 18+ but we are not too strict about it and we are 420 friendly.
Achievements are not on.
