Here's one.. maybe add it to a fishing pole to attract a larger amount of fish? Like.. instead of catching one fish you would catch 2-4?

So, you want a random chance to get a worm from harvesting dirt and have the worms heal half a heart?
It seems like a really good idea. Minecraft doesn't have enough food for "beginner" spawned players. Would you be able to collect them with your hands or with a tool only?
I'm guessing hand would be just fine as you can collect them with your hands in real life.
