PVP servers boil down to this formula.

Shop mod+Diamond armour+God powers=Imma just sit here at the edge of spawn and kill people who just joined

PVP has been broken since like the game came out.
We need to make more PVE servers to drown out all the PVP servers anyway.

    No, god no.

How many times are people going to request a thirst bar?
They are garbage, we do not need another bar, its to much of a hassle.

With two snapshots out, the second one having little to no content, it makes me wonder if this IS the 1.7 update. In the past, there would be one or two content heavy snapshots, followed by seemingly six bug fixing snapshots. If this is all that will be in 1.7, I am highly dissapointed.

I do not like the biomes in the minecraft snapshot... And the flowers... They feel modded and bring the feel of vanilla out of minecraft... I am not very happy...

    Quote from Kholdstare

Eh, it was kinda interesting for the first few minutes, but then it got pretty boring. The new biome transitions seemed like a double edged sword at first, but after a bit it seemed more like a single-edged sword stuck in your gut. Biome transitions are still only three blocks large but (at least to me) it still looks pretty bad. In addition to that, it makes it hard to find the biome you want since you have to go through and endless sea of forests to get to something that isn't a forest. Very annoyed at how that turned out.

Hopefully, the next snapshot will be better and might actually do something significant for the terrain generator. As-is the only thing the snapshot has is a wow factor and some pretty nice flowers and fish. It's 1.8 all over again, except it won't hurt the generator as much.

    Oh shut up.

In fact, if you keep begging for certain features, it's actually less likely that those features will be added...

Quick everyone beg for a thirst bar, do it alot; like everyday. Then send it to dinnerbone please.

As an extra nice touch, have them drop their heads when they're killed. That way, I can go all Godfather style on my server, and leave horse heads on other players beds when they've crossed the line and need to be intimidated.

I would love that actually, kind of cruel but fun at the same time.

Why do you all want to regress Minecraft? Why do a few of you wish to have things removed just because you think they shouldn't be there? Mojang adds stuff, and you wanted taken away.

Minecraft can't evolve into a better game with you asking to remove something tiny and insignificant in the grand scheme of things. Just because you don't like horses doesn't mean they should remove them. It's foolish to take all that code and just get rid of it, just because some egotist hates it.

This is mainly aimed at the "Horses should be removed" crowd.

It's not a very good game, and the mods that keep people playing are dying one by one, but no viable contenders have popped up either.

You manage to screw up at every thing don't you? If you don't like the game, LEAVE!
You will not be missed, your opinion doesn't matter, just leave and don't come back.

So if I take a picture of an Apple you grew, and have a magic machine which produces an exact copy from molecules in the air, and I eat it, that's theft? Ok.

I'd say that 3/4 of people who pirate wouldn't have bought the game anyways, 1/4 go on to purchase it, 99% advertise the game in some way and increase sales.

No seriously, get out. How is copying a game compared to... what you just... I dunno.
Point is, it's a horrible rebuttal.

Total agreement. Rather than adding horses, they could have upgraded pigs, added backpacks to replace donkeys, and overall upgrade other mobs. Honestly these Horses ruined the game, for me at least.

If we upgrade squids, make them disappear in general. Yes, yes, sky fan right here. But still, they're so derpy... and ugly.... and... terrifying..

Wow and you edited your post to put more self-important garbage, just because you don't like something doesn't mean they should disappear.

Yeah so much unwarranted self-importance in this post, it's horrible.

    Quote from OrangeMoon

There are multiple reasons to keep classic mode:
    • Multiple people playing on multiple running servers
    • Remembrance of the past
    • FREE!!!
    • Unlimited time playing
    • basic
    • no monsters like enderman or silverfish
    • equal lighting no matter where you are
    • didn't I mention it was free.

*Beats head on desk* You know what, this whole community is..., you can't even read my top post. It basically means I want classic to stay. Does this forum even read?
