posted a message on What was your most funnest moment in Minecraft?

My funniest moment in Minecraft was doing a 1v1 with my friend. I jumped on a tree and she attempted jumping up there as well and splat. She obviously had a sliver of health remaining as she the chat says "(Not gonna say her username as courtesy of her) fell from a high place"

I laughed until I got pushed over by her... well that hurt! Haha

That was my funniest moment in Minecraft!

    Have a good day, all!

    posted a message on Factions

So first if all I have no idea whether this fits in this topic, but I guess discussion fits everything? I don't know:lol:

Okay, so recently i started playing on this sever called cosmic.pvp. I'd come there because, well, some of the other servers got boring, and the idea of a sort of upgraded survival caught my interest. So I started playing on the recently 'restarted fire planet'. This seemed nice because I wouldn't be the only one on a fresh start. I watched videos and e.t.c on how to make a successful faction. So far i've built the start of a skybase. My factions called 3MP1R3 if you're interested in joining and if you ever want to message me on there my username's UberLexi, as it says below me profile.

So what's your thoughts on factions? I personally love the idea of a competitive sever, fighting to see who can own

the best stuff. The main reason while cosmic.pvp is my favourite factions so far is because of how unique it is. The custom enchantments have so much thought and effort into them, it just adds so much more to factions, and Minecraft itself. Sure, it's sort of pay to win but you don't necessarily need to buy stuff as it's more satisfying to get it on your own, like a sense of achievement.

Thank you for reading all of my rambling in the first place, haha.

    Have a good day, all!

posted a message on fun facts about minecraft

    A whole load!

On the mobs skins, they have (on a couple of them, e.g the pigman) a signature on them, which is supposedly the creator of the skin.

On the "10 Years of Minecraft" map, they're loads of easter eggs! At the supposed end, there's a banner of herobrine. Also when you ride through the hall of updates, at the igloo it say "Mukkis" What the heck?

The old leather armour texture was re-used from one of Notch's (Markus Persson's) other games.

    Pickaxes used to never break

I might come back with more later!

    Have a good day, all!

posted a message on How was your first ever Minecraft experience?

When i was, like, 7 I started playing Minecraft. I remember feeling like there was endless possibilities, and that I was the god of Minecraft or something, when in reality i didn't even know how to build a house! Haha. I built huge houses made out of glow-stone and diamonds. I spawned many mobs and killed them, i felt like i was a spy or something, ha.

These days it's so much different, automated this, done that, completed this, here we go with another huge project. I miss when i started playing minecraft because (A. I was young, hah. (B. It was, for me at least, such more laid-backed and you didn't feel pressured to get a map or a build or something out by some time.

So how did you feel with your first experience of minecraft and what did you do?

Have a great day, all! #nostalgia

posted a message on Your First Minecraft base?

I remember my first ever survival base! I've actually re-created my beta world, which was where my first ever base was.

It was simply a brick square with oak stairs on top, haha. At the time i thought it was cool to make a huge hole underneath my base and act like it was my secret lair or something! I look back at it today and I miss when I was new to Minecraft, i remember making stupid mistakes and everything, sounds dumb but i miss it, haha #nostalgia

I can't get an image unfortunately because my mac's being glitchy!

    Have a good day, all!

posted a message on What do you think of deserts?

I'm pretty sure the desert is one of my least favourite biomes, it doesn't have any necessarily interesting features and compared to the other biomes it doesn't seem as unique! The sand above your head when your caving occasionally falls on top of you, and considering the noob I am, the chances of my dying from that are pretty big, haha.

I will admit the mods based of the desert gives it a whole new glow and attraction. I believe Mojang could do so many more things with the desert, and i'm considerably disappointed that the desert will not be receiving an update in 1.15. The Nether update sounds great, and probably needs and update as much as the desert does but I still wish the desert received an update.

The building blocks overall are really useful for building. They flow smoothly with many other blocks, especially stone brick, and there are endless possibilities with sand with redstone contraptions! I'm not much of a 'redstoner' but i've experimented with sand contraptions, and please take my word for it it's awesome.

Again, the desert has it's pros and cons but i still dislike it compared to all of the other biomes. This is my opinion so please don't judge me, hahaha.

    Have a great day, all!
