If accepted, what are some things you would do in your new position? Well I wanted to apply because ive had a lot of past experiences as staff, Im hardworking/loyal/fair I can be on the server 1-7 hrs daily. I can help make the server a better place and will stop hackers/spammers/bullying. I have a little bit of experience with plugins but not too much! I can make the server grow and reach a wider audience. The best thing of being staff when you help people when i do this its the best thing you can ask for on Mc. I also would like to produce new roles on the server. My past experiences could help the server grow and reach its great potential. Ive been admin,Brt,Mod,trial-mod,Jr.Dev. I am fully confident with mod and brt, and also administrator.

Have you ever owned or currently own a server? (Please specify): I have playing Minecraft since early 2011 with a handful of breaks here and there. I have worked on multiple server projects of my own along with friends made in game and in real life. Being younger, I never had the funding to make it big.. It was definitely a great learning experience and was tons of fun growing up.
If not, do you have experience managing a server?: Yes, see above.
If so, explain in detail what all you have done management wise and how you helped that server: I have done and implemented every single thing to do with opening and running a server, from building maps, setting up plugins, setting up permissions, managing players, making any on the fly repairs necessary, doing promotions, to even just having fun with the player base to ensure they are enjoying their stay. There is alot to go into running a server, and I can say I am one of those that have done it all.
Would you be able to interview new staff members as the server becomes public?: Absolutely. I'm very open and can talk to anyone! Also, if it helps I administer interviews in my real life job as well
Are you able to help provide ideas towards this server idea and help create it?: If new things are needed, ideas are one of my strong suits. From designing new ideas, to building new creations, to even just talking with you though it to explore the possibilities, I'm your guy..
Coolest thing you have built: I actually helped develop and build a server long ago called Pokegalaxy. It goes on and offline all the time at random to this day. We went around designing and building different player operated gyms. I also helped with the Pokecenters and the Shops.
I'm not sure on the direction of the server you want to go, but I can definitely help out with all aspects. I have very much experience in running servers from the ground up. With Pixelmon, the player base is not extremely large, but there are many things Pokegalaxy did to get the average player base to 15-25 daily that I could share with you!
I have tried adding people on skype in the past and it has proven to be a hassle. I lose track of everyone's info and names. I would prefer we keep it to forum messaging and on this thread as much as possible. :Thumbsup:
