    The server cant bind to the port its assigned to, Try changing the servers port

    Forge dosent work with Java 11 you need java 8 https://adoptopenjdk.net. that will hopefully fix it

    bats drop leather

    you can pick up spawners with silk touch 2

    silk touch on weapons will give a chance of giving the spawn egg, and chances are increased on silk touch 2

    frostwalker boots can be toggled on and off (somehow)

    colored redstone lamps

    uncaped enchantment levels (toggleable)

    decorative blocks (ie. a musical keyboard, a stove, an oven, a countertop), things you would find in your own house.

    These small changes would make minecraft a bit better




    i like your ideas i might implement some or all depending if i can figure out how to make them work, not sure about the decorative blocks i will have to sit on that one and give it a thinking about.

    posted a message on BetterMinecraft Mod (Looking for ideas and features)

    To make it clear BetterMinecraft is still heavily in development and wont be released for a considerable amount of time i just need more ideas on what to add and what to change.


    Better Minecraft is a mod aimed at making minecraft better (both easier and harder) and enhancing the playing experience for both new and old players of minecraft. the mod is separated into 8 internal modules (these modules can be turned of in the BetterMinecraft-Modules Config and each module has its own config file) each with its own theme, The aim of the mod is keep the game as close to vanilla feeling as possible while making the game as good as possible.


    The current modules are

    Biome Module:

    -Red Desert Biome (Like a desert but red)

    -Dense Forest Biome (Like a forest but dense)


    Block Module:

    -Flint Block (drops 2-5 flint and if set to true can be found underground)

    -Wheat Bush (under consideration on whether to keep or not basically its just wild wheat that spawns in the world)


    Food Module:

    Nothing Yet


    Items Module:

    -Fancy Sticks (different woods give you different sticks)

    -Fancy Tools (Tool handles will be different depending on which stick you use)


    Misc Module:

    -Wheat Seeds Recipe(2 wheat in a crafting table give you 4 seeds)

    -Beetroot Seed Recipe(2 beetroots in a crafting table give you 4 beetroot seeds)


    Potions Module:

    -Use poisonus potatoes as an alternative to make poison potions

    -Brewing Stand can use coal or charcoal as fuel


    -World Module:

    -World Gen

    -Dead Trees (which spawn in deserts)

    -Swampy Trees(which spawn in swamps)


    Nearly Everything will be configurable in one way or another;

    -Added raw/cooked creeper steaks (raw creeper steaks will explode when you eat them, cooked creeper steaks will explode 25% if the time)
    -Added preserved raw/cooked creeper steaks (preserved raw creeper steaks will explode 50% of the time, preserved cooked creeper steaks will not explode ever);
    -New ingame config gui as well as standard config file

    i am currently developing the slaughtercraft mod which causes mobs to drop carcasses but i am at a standstill because i am not skilled enough to create some of the more detailed mobs in minecraft in block form.


    if someone is able to make a full scale block model of the mobs listed below it would really help me. (the only thing i can offer is my thanks and praise and you being credited in the mod)

    posted a message on I want to make a mod with people! Lets make an amazing creation!

    Id be willing to make a mod with you but it depends on what you want exactly i can make basic/slighty advanced items/blocks and i can do world gen and configs and a few other things.

    I may be able to do tile entities/ guis but i cant promise those will ever actually work as i have had no real luck with those sorts of things

    i also may be able to make custom biomes but no promises.

    my time would have to be divided between life/slaughtercraft/whatever mod we decide on if anything actually comes of this

    -Added stone and flint butchers knives
    -Changed drops to be dependent on which knife is used
