Could it be because it's a bug? That's what snapshots are for: testing and bug reporting. If you don't want to do neither of those, don't complain that there are bugs in those versions or don't play snapshots.
Tried it on stable and - surprise surprise, problem persists, because it has nothing to do with the snapshot or the version for that matter.
Anyone else got an idea if ISPs DHCP is the cause of this? or something else?
Me and a couple of friends came back to the game, so I launched a server of the latests snapshot on my PC, through the default port.
Everyone can connect just fine using direct connect, everything works, but for some reason when adding the server to the server list, it shows it as if it's offline.
Port is forwarded on my router, both UDP and TCP.
Tried approving both java and the server on my PCs firewall, as well as turning it off all together to see if it's the problem. No bueno.
Firewall on my router is off.
This is what the packets look like on wireshark if it helps anyone diagnose the problem:
As I said - direct connect does work, so this is just a minor inconvenience - but still.

Well, that's a pretty dumb reply
Could it be because I'm using my ISP's DHCP?
