Seas Of Lava is a very unique map, you start out on a frost-bitten, snow-covered pyramid built by the ancients, and all around you are large rivers of lava and canyons, but don't worry, on the other side the safety of green grass awaits, that is if you can make it.

Canyons, Canyons Everywhere! Is the map for all you who love cave spelunking, filled to the brim with canyons jutting out from the surface and hidden ores to be discovered. But watch out, these canyons can be deep, very deep, leading to a certain death from lava for the unprepared adventurer.

Beach Paradise is one of those maps where you can just kick back and relax, featuring a large central island covered in resource giving trees and a colossal river surrounding the perimeter. Enjoy the various attractions such as the diving board and getting a nice sun-tan!

Winter Wonderland is for the cold loving types only, gigantic mountains covered in snow and frost dot the landscape, and a huge Everest scale volcano looms directly in front of your little mountain shack.

OO, I made that monorail and the video in the op's post, I might just have to take up this challenge and see what kind of self contained version I can come up with.

After years of hard work, training, and sheer willpower, I managed to record the greatest lets play of all time(not really).

I decided to breed some animals, with the most cost effective enclosure of course.

So I decided to breed chickens and cows on an "industrial" scale, ie putting them all in one tiny metal box, I was a little more forgiving to the cows and put them all in a tinyish glass box.

Heh yeh, that dang blacksmith building is pretty robust.

Was flying around in creative, saw a village, saw that creative had infinite tnt, so as any civilized person would do I filled every house with tnt and connected them all together.

This shows some new things in 1.8, mainly the new flat type of blocks, and some endermen and new sliders thrown in.

Here are the new silverfish mob, very odd looking, just drop xp orbs when killed.
