    I'd need to see how other mods make their disks, the HEE music system in place is a giant hack because of the mess MC 1.7.2 was, when vanilla music would start playing over jukeboxes and break everything.. I haven't tested if the issues were fixed in MC itself, but I still use some hacky code for jukebox handling, because too many things are hardcoded and I couldn't bother to let minecraft handle my disks, or the music in general...


    Just for fun, is there anything in the logs/launcher screen when you try to input a HEE disk into a modded jukebox? I have a suspicion that they try to play the music, but I don't have it associated with the items directly so it might just have HEE start playing it, and the jukebox would then stop all music and switch off. Just an idea though, might not be the case.


    EDIT: I actually found that the hacky code might not get triggered at all, I must have forgot to disable a specific vanilla jukebox check before playing the music. Will look into that. I had to make the music disks use special code because vanilla is an idiot and doesn't know item damage is a thing...


    Thanks for the info. I'm using the technic launcher and playing the Realm of Mianite Modpack, but if you still would like the log let me know.

    I think looking at the Crafting Pillars mod (mod link) might help. It has a custom disc (called Uranus Paradise? I forget) as well as the custom jukebox that I love to use (the juke pillar has a really cool record player 3D effect when playing a disk).

    Hey chylex. Loving the mod so far. I just have one bug that you might look into. I'm currently using HEE 1.7.10 vr 1.8 for minecraft 1.7.1 and I noticed that HEE music discs don't work with other music playing blocks besides minecraft vanilla jukebox. I am currently using a massive modpack that contains minefactory reloaded and crafting pillars mod, both specifically containing auto-jukebox and juke pillar respectively. The discs from HEE, for which I use quite a lot, don't seem to work with either of the modded juke boxes. They both have the problem of saying "Now playing: qwertygiy -", but no sounds are played. I tested with other discs from other mods and they work like they should, so I think I narrowed it down to only HEE discs that aren't playing properly in those modded juke boxes.


    I apologize if this has been addressed already. I didn't bother looking through the entire forum.

    Getting the exact same error, even will about 40+ mods installed. Unfortunately, iChun never checks minecraft forums, so I would recommend going to his website to post.

    Maybe you should add in the original post on how to install forge manually without that complicated stuff.:

    1. Install forge

    2. Drag and drop thebombzenAPI into mods folder and rename it to 'AthebombzenAPI'

    3. Drag and drop autoswitch.zip file into mods folder

    Voila, simple as that. Forge will take care of the rest.

    AFAIK, placing a mod in the mods folder won't work if the mod modifies class files, such as with EnchantView or WAGT. AutoSwitch and MobAura don't modify class files so this should work in theory. If I'm wrong, please correct me :D

    Welcome back! I really like the separate GUI instead of binding things to the control menu, as I have too many mods binded to my number pad. I hope Mob Aura is done soon to compensate for the item attribute bug.

    For those people installing with forge via the mods folder without magic launcher, you need to rename the zip file for ThebombzenAPI to AThebombzenAPI because it will crash if you don't. Forge will load mods alphabetically, hence it will try to load autoswitch mod before the API. Same applies to enchantview and mob Aura in the future when those get updated ('A', 'E' and 'M' come before 'T'). Hope this helps most people!

    I can't seem to find the config file anywhere. I even did a search and still nothing came up.

    Edit: Found it! But I wish there was a way to disable the game menu when you press escape during the game. I was hoping to use this mod for the main menu only while having mods like Useful Ingame Gui.

    If I might say something, I was wondering if Hurricaaane can work on a mod that can manually trigger music in minecraft based on resource pack or matmos expansion pack. I have a hard time testing if my custom music worked, and I don't have 10 min to test each track only to have 1 / 13 chance of actually choosing the music I want to test.
