I can see the outline of blocks in the distance and it's slightly annoying. Is there any way to turn it off? Screenshots of my settings and such are attached.

Ryzen 5 3600
32gb DDR4 @ 3200
RTX 2060
x570 mobo
1080p 144hz display with Freesync/Gsync Compatible.
Xmx 16G, latest Nvidia drivers, and game is played on Fullscreen @1080p with the framrate unlocked.
Edit: I turned off Fullscreen for the settings screenshots.
Screenshot shows your Nvidia drivers are 398.98 and the latest (as of writing) is 430.39. You haven't updated your video drivers since August of 2018, I would recommend doing so.
