If so, why and did you learn from it?: I have been punished once for hacking on Hypixel , I was young , it was foolish and childish of me . Why do you want to be staff on OG+?: I joined Kingerce a while back ,I want to continue working for this server and continue supporting it and remaking it like it used to be
Do you have any previous moderating experience on similar servers?: Yes I have worked on other servers : Kingerce , kit realms , etc … How would you deal with lower staff members if you found they weren't effective/didn't contribute:
I would try to figure out the issues dm them, explain if they don’t know what their doing , I would dm the higher ups if I find that the staff isn’t trying and just doesn’t want to help Are you able to offer creative ideas to help shape the server, and if you were how would you contribute in that aspect?: I have a fair share of experience with building , I could help out in that category or if I find that something could be improved , I would give out ideas or even help out with the development Anything else?: I can’t be as active as I used to be because of school (I finish everyday school at 5 pm and come home at 6pm) , but I’m still dedicated to the cause .
