Communicate with vendors and plugin developers,
Ensure a Lag-Free experience for players,
Ensure on-server branding follows guidelines.

I am Zachary// thenzs, the owner of an ambitious, small, but growing network. We currently host two gamemodes and have a third in the works. At the moment, we are bouncing back from a maintenance closure that ran late. Due to our current position and my perception of upcoming staffing needs, I am looking to bring on a new Server Administrator. Details are below.
I am choosing to fill this position on my own accord, separate from the networks page and typical hiring formalities.
Position Requirements:
Not currently working for or consulting with other Minecraft servers,
Aged 16+,
Has a minimum of six (6) months in a managerial or administrative position working for a Minecraft server,
Able to dedicate a minimum of two (2) hours per day to the server,
Able to communicate with other staff members, and coordinate higher-order projects,
Well-versed in working with plugins, on and off server configuration, and console.
Position Description:
Oversee all day to day operations of the network,
Coordinate events, launches, new-features between departments,
Ensure departments (Moderation, Gamemodes) are running smoothly, and assist in solving issues when they arise,
Ensure server protocols are followed by all staff members,
Assist in installation and configuration of files,
Assist in managing the off-server presence of the network,
Hire and manage the staff team from a strategic view,
Assist in procuring required assets such as plugins and builds,
Other duties as assigned and needed.
