through my wifi, ive discovered that online safety is 'ON' and i cannot even access the servers website, let alone the actual server - do you think this may be a reason why i cannot connect
the problem - i keep trying to join a server (play.squadcraft.net) however it keeps saying "io.netty.channel.Connect.TimeoutException: connection timed out"
ive asked other people to join, and they have no problem joining, resulting in me thinking im the problem.
i have given minecraft access to firewall and ive tried a few different versions of minecraft, and still not working (1.7,1.8.8,1.8.9,1.9)
ive left and rejoined my wifi about 30 times, ive restarted my computer and minecraft several times, and also restarted the router
additional info - i was playing on the server, then i stopped for around 2 hours, i came back, and i could no longer play
also, i use LabyMod when playing, but i have tried without it, and i still doesnt work.

UPDATE - i tried joining from my siblings computer; which is in the same house, and it did not work for them

the admins stopped caring about the server, and i only play it because it has one of my favourite kitpvps + alot of sentimental value
