Hey TMC - Love the mod. I set up a server with the SMP version, and we've been having a lot of fun playing around with it. Only thing I wanted to notify you about, is the nether portion does not seem to be functioning properly. Now we didn't tear the whole nether apart, but another player and I just got to the nether and have been looking around, and haven't seen a single ore. Other than that, everything's great! We look forward to updates/a fix for the nether issue.Keep up the great work!EDIT - for some reason, the ores just did not spawn within the few few nether chunks that were generated, but after venturing out and doing some digging we were able to find them. Not sure if this was intended or not, but just so you know. :]
Thank you i'm glad every things working for you and about the nether ores they spawn a lot rarer then the real world ores. also Im getting ready to port Ores Galores to Bukkit, so hopefully this week I will have a release.
currently working on a giant legend for my mod. Its alot to do for 1 guy, 160+ textures,coding, mod post at 2 different sites, porting to bukkit lol the list goes on but I do have one about half done. Maybe after my bukkit version I will finish the legend, well its more of a tech tree then anything
Second I have an ore mod that's been around for a little while and I'm currenly doing a texture
Overhaul. So I'm making my ores match other texture packs. So I'm asking permission to edit your stone
Texture with my ores and redistribute? So basically I'm gonna draw ores over your stone texture as a
seperate texture download for my mod. And I don't use adfly so I'm not trying to get money just more
Compatability with texture packs. You are the first I've asked but thata because I use yours lol.

Hey i cant really get this work for smp i put the files in the minecraft server.jar as described when i run it, i hear a error sound and then nutin happens
have you ever thought to work with theMineCraft Forge API?
This API would allow you to get rid of the ItemSprite issues because id adds a new way to implement ItemSprites.
And you would become compatible with many of the advanced mods out there.
MineCraft Forge is an open source project with good support from some of the best modders out there.
thought about it but doubt ill use it. the reason for this is as follows:
2,000 some potions for minecraft? thats what jeb and notch stated that there may be over 2,000 potions. you know what this means? infinite item sprites. so in order to add all this stuff notch has to bump up the sprites so minecraft forge and minecraft extended will no longer be needed. so I will not be using the forge ever sorry. soon wont need any mods to bump sprites...
hey, great mod but are you sure there are no incompatibilities because with the mods i use the only block ids open are between 160 and 250, could you possibly store blocks as subtypes of other blocks so that you can avoid id conflicts? :smile.gif:
yeah sorry block ids are the only big conflict
on the main page it says this is a stand alone mod basically for now. Im working on redoing my code for 1.10 so it uses less block ids but still keeps everything

at the current time no. but I am lookng in to getting a dedicated server that I will pay for running my mod, im kinda waiting for all these updates to finish and what not.
Also just released the hot fix every thing should work fine it was a typo between the ssp version and smp version. and added a list to the main page listing all the ores and blocks etc . . .
I figured how to run mod on both sides using .../mods folder,before that i copied just "inside folder" files into the ../mods and it didn't work,so i needed to put whole folder with files. Now it works,but i can't still login on the server. Yes,1.0,i downloaded it two times ):, 'cause think that problem was with version of mod. Yes,1.8.1.
Maybe you can help another way - can you upload it somewhere,please? (minecraft folder(or just .jar with /mods) and server)

well i cant distribute minecraft.jar or minecraft_server.jar and both the links are current. gimme a little bit to see if i can find out why it happened, you have the same downloads I have. so my build is no different then yours.
Oh my god,i really don't know what can i do.
Done work:
first of all i have installed modloadermp on server side,then mod,so it works perfectly,after that i have installed modloader and modloadermp for client side,but when i added files in .minecraft/mods directory it didn't work,so i had to add files in minecraft.jar.
If i unrestand correctly i must install SSP version into client and SMP version into server? When i try to login on the server it says "missing following mods : mod_tcmoresgalores SMP Version 1.0". But when SSP and SMP versions installed in minecraft.jar together or only SMP version it doesn't works properly :sad.gif:

this is not ported to bukkit yet I would like it to be but currently I have a lot of real life stuff going on but look for it soon
