We are creating a unique new prison server, where you will spawn in as a player and go through the ranks A-Z with prestiges like a normal prison server only we have added our own unique twist. We will not disclose this to you until you are a part of the team. are looking for a full team of staff to help prepare the server for opening ASAP we will be looking for builders, dev, admins, mods, helpers, and testers. Beta testers will receive a bonus for their work on the server upon release. We are looking to make this the next big prison server if you are interest pm me or post your apply here. We will be looking to build an epic spawn along with epic mines and a massive pvp arena that the players can interact with and use to pvp and gain more strength as they rankup, if they want to succeed they will have to decide if they want to play alone or as a group
To add some more info on the server we are looking to combine the team aspect that would come in factions or towny with the basic aspect of ranking up through the traditional mining system
We are planning to have this server done by the end of this month or the beginning of next month we have a dedicated server with 6gb of ram for the server and we will upgrade it accordingly to what is needed, this could be the next big prison server but to do this we need your help in building and becoming the best staff possible on this server

1. if you are looking to have 100+ players you are going to need a strong server
2. I would check this post as this is where most people would apply
3. Asking to have a server than is going to have 100+ people by christmas for free is pushing it. Those big servers you see paid people and have around 15 people helping to get like that as it takes lots of work to get create a server.
4. I can tell by your profile that this is most likely your first server so I would recommend starting off small and then working your way up to a server like that so you have experience and can handle anything that goes wrong especially if you are going to be spending large ammounts of money on a power full server, also if you are set on this I would get a VPS or something to host the server if you can
this can be done rather simply actually depending on what you want to do to host your hub server you can either host one server and get a plugin to have many worlds and create portals to these different worlds, or you can host multiple servers and get a proxy like bungee to join them together allowing players to change servers as they please much like the on in your video
the only way I can think that this would be possible would be to create your server on the server so that others can connect and then bring the saved map of his world over as long as he hasnt changed anything like ranks or other permissions(which I'm guessing he hasnt since its just single player) it will be exactly the same except others can connect I hope this helps
for how to get more players: I would recommend of thinking of a custom idea you can do with existing plugins and then advertise just post where you can make it so people see your server everywhere
you cant remove a permissions by giving the * permission its all permissions in one, the only way to fix this is to write out every permissions you want them to have which is also safer since it stops them from opping them selves and doing other abusive things
