Just buy it here. You'd have to have a Minecraft.net account to change the way your character looks anyway. Signing up is free and won't kill you. Plus, it's cheaper to get it direct AND you get it sooner. You can then add it as a non-steam game and ta-da, everything you asked for.
Account is free but game is 10€, what can i do with account without game.
When i buy from steam, games coming to my download list when i click pay. everything is automatic.
If you buy it one Steam you need eventually spend more money.

Steam need money too. To buy the game you need to go trough paypal. On Steam is that the same. Where is the Problem?
