ok so i think i figured out a way to fix the crash problem. If your tablet or ipad as and sd card slot, put an sd card in it and then export the game to the external storage, then try and open the game. if it works and the game loads then the problem is solved, i just tried this and i kept closing and reopening my minecraft pe and it keeps loading up and it still loads even after i have downloaded my world packs and skin packs from the marketplace. also i did this for about 30 minutes and its still working. please try this and i hope it works for you as well
