What I would really like to see is a config option that lets us add mobs from other mods to the wave pool and how many waves must pass before they spawn, because I would love to be able to have, say... Ars Magica 2 Elementals and Bosses spawning, or having the Ender dragon spawn on round 100.

If some brave modder thinks he can do this, tell me, or direct me to a mod that already does this EXACT THING (I will not take a mod that only adds one or two items, I need them all for a map series I'm doing)

I have a dream, that someday all who play minecraft will be able to experience Legend of Zelda in their game worlds, with the help of some mods, our time, and map making. Yes, I intend to recreate every Legend of Zelda game in existance, from the original game to skyward sword. To do this though, I am going to need some help, a lot of help. I will start my work with the original game, and once I have up to the first dungeon complete, I will post it here. But for now, I would ask you to play through your copies of the games, remember as much as you can, and post it here, help me, and anyone else that wishes to build with me (if that happens, we will need a server) remember what was there.
The goal of this project is to recreate all the legend of zelda games, from start to finish, it will take time, but it is possible.
I ask you all to help me in this project, suggest mods that may help, make your own dungeon from any game, just create what feels right. once again, when I have completed the first dungeon of the first game, I will show it to you, but others may beat me to it.
