Mix milk with ink sack to make thick ink to be used in the potion?

posted a message on 'connection refused: connect' ?
I just got the same problem about 5 minutes ago.
Dont know what caused it, but Im pretty sure its not a client version issue, because my server and my client are updated. Also the error message for that would be 'Outdated Client' or 'Outdated Server' or something like that if I remember correctly.

Thank you westman, but it didnt work. it just said '0 blocks changed' and lagged the server.

You inspired me in such a way that I did figure out how to fix it though, by getting close enough to the glitched area that the region would update.. Then I went into my world folder (craftbukkit) and deleted the most recently modified region file, causing Minecraft to rebuild a brand new area for that region, glitch free. Then I let my server sit over night and when I came back in the morning, 0 lag!

Which leads to my next question:
My craftbukkit server folder has a start512.bat and a start1024.bat, for different sizes of RAM usage.
I tried to edit the batch file for the 1024 RAM, so I could increase the available RAM to my server up to 4096MB, but java wouldnt let me make it so big.

Is there any way to override this? I have 12GB of RAM on the computer I am running the server on, and would like to utilize more of that.

I am in desperate need of help.
I will stand up and say it was my fault, that I broke part of my server.

I was using Worldedit and experimenting with creating large areas.
I made a large hole in the ground and thought it would be cool to set it to torches...
Now, whenever someone tries to go over to that area of the map, the server cant handle the rendering, and it freezes up and crashes.

I dont know a lot about the technical aspects of minecraft, but I did try to use MCEdit to fix it, but if I try to go over to that area in MCedit.... MCEdit freezes.

Is there any way I can fix this mess without resetting my world?
