Keep up the great work on this texture pack. I love the moody atmosphere it adds to the game. Something about it reminds me of the feeling I got from playing Braid.
I really enjoy using this texture pack; the theme of all the blocks fits so well together.
I have a question about the graphic for still water and lava. I know that to have an animation for still water and lava you need to include a custom_water and custom_lava file for MCpatcher to use. I was wondering if it would be too much to ask to include files for those so still water and lava have a subtle animation. I love the color of the water and would love to use it, but the perfectly still water reminds me ice or jello. :tongue.gif:
I love the new doors and signs. I don't really like the new bookshelves, they almost look like a rack of VHS tapes since each book looks the same. Maybe add some variety with color or thickness with the books.
I'm also not a fan of the new blocks of iron/gold/diamond. I use a lot of these blocks for ornamental structures and really liked the glossy look from the first versions.
I'm also sticking with the first version of sandstone, but that's more of a personal preference.
Really like the fast update. The wood planks are an improvement, in my opinion. I prefer the large cobblestone from version 0.7 and I'm glad you kept the option to replace it in terrain.png. :smile.gif:
This is easily the best 16x16 texture pack I've seen.
I absolutely love this texture pack; definitely my favorite of all the ones I've tried.
One thing I noticed was that shovels are held incorrectly by the character. They sort of float parallel to the arm rather than gripped in the hand. None of the other tools seem to have this problem. Just wanted to let you know.
