Check your Weather mod installation. It's missing something.
I tried that, but unfortunately it won't load with any mod, even if weather mod is not installed. Not sure what is going on...
Edit : Ok so I attempted to use only weather mod (and its support mod) to load. The weather mod crashes anyway, but it feels like something bigger is going on.
I attempted to log into minecraft with my typical modpack of 60 mods. I am using forge 10.13.0.1180 for version 1.7.10. I attempted to generate a world, but as soon as I joined the game it would say "stopping server" and crash. I deleted my config folder, and then removed all but one mod, the damage indicators mod. It crashed when i tried to log into the world, and as soon as I tried to generate a new one, it crashed again. I have now tried using no mods, and it generates fine. I am not able to log in with any mods however. Anyone know whats going on?

Experience as developer: I have been making various minigames ever since I learned bukkit, with the help of plugin-master Nisovin's magic spells plugin. Using the proper config, I can easily make many minigames, along with ones I have currently made that are looking for a server to live on!
Have you been any other staff positions: I have been owner of 2 servers, staff director of 1, high admin on 3, and admin on 7.
What plug-ins have you made(or if you have made ANY type of minigames): well, I made minigames, but : Glacier's edge : A minigame where you race to make a perfect fortress out of snow. You have twenty minutes and infinite building blocks, but at the end of the twenty minutes everyone gains full diamond armor and a diamond sword, then you must go and kill the other teams. Based heavily off hypixels "walls" minigame.
What do you do when player threatens to DDoS: Ip bans are first, to keep them from accessing the server console. Next is to inform a member with access to console to notify all players that a DDoS attack may occur. We then backup server files to protect against a crash, and finally, if the need becomes urgent, we notify players that a crash may occur and prepare for it via worldbackups, and player-protection plugins.
What can you bring to the server: I bring with myself a creative mind, I am good with building and worldedit. I am also a minigame maker that has been working for 2 years. I am a retired staff from 4 servers and I am also a youtuber. If allowed, I can A : raise popularity of the server via youtube, B : help build and develop new games to keep the server up to date, and C : help donate to the server via monetization of an official server youtube channel.
Why do you want to be a part of The TNT Network: I am a retired staff looking for a new home-server. My previous server was closed due to lack of funding, so now I request a new one. The only thing I ask in return is a 'workshop' where I can build and come up with new ideas for minigames on-server. The reason it must be on server? If it works, I will ask if anyone online would like to beta test the game, and that will allow us to have a bug-free working minigame out much sooner than usual.

Any additional info: I am a very, very energetic schizophrenic that is easily startled by loud noises and scary things. I am very creative but I also like to hang out with other players, mainly by just watching them or getting to know them. I am a youtuber (although terrible at it, therefore I have no "big" videos yet.) and I follow an honor code. I put total faith in my boss and superiors, however I am a "free spirit" and will always try and find another way around problems, and that makes me seem procrastinating whenever I disagree with someone. My little quest accidentally made a few enemies along the way, and now we're part of a big clan-war. The goal of 'ShadowCry' is to basically be like mindcrack : we play games with each other and other youtubers frequently over the course of a few months. I love the concept of mods, but if you play with anything other than vanilla that means its not legally part of the game. Therefore, saying "Minecraft 2 should not happen because mods!" is essentially the same as saying "Half life 3 should not come out because portal is cooler". If you can't use vanilla excuses, don't use excuses at all. I support the idea of minecraft 2.0 because we actually get a taste of what its like to have something "new" and "exciting" again. Updates don't deliver that sense to me. Nothing beats playing a game for the first time, except playing another game for the first time.
I agree with people who say mods add alot more to the game, but minecraft 2 would give us a chance to fix things where mojang messed up. Mojang is far from perfect. You people need to learn to love the change : thats what minecraft has always been about, and always WILL be.

This is impossible to do with java code as : npcs, in general, cannot be coded to have specific "goals" seeing as java is a line of code. the most advanced we could do is a villager that mines.
Hey guys. Started making models a while back for use in a how to train your dragon mod. After seeing a few other peoples attempts gradually fail... miserably.... I decided I probably need some help to make the mod. You have full rights to the distribution and profit of said mod, if and when you do code it, seeing as I have no use for the money (or means to get it) (yes, that was aimed at Adfly users). Five models are done, with the next few finishing soon for a relatively quick update.
The mod is based off the movie "How To Train Your Dragon" however whereas the previous mods I have seen merely implement dragons, I would like to completely redesign how minecraft works. I will use various means to make minecraft less of a survival game and more of a roleplay theme. The following is what I need to be coded by anyone capable to do it :
-Add dragons with custom models to the game, along with the ability to fly, breed, and be tamed.
-Ability to ride and fly said dragons
-Ability to shoot a particle based fireball from the dragon
-Add various TYPES of dragons, each with different abilitys.
-Add "eggs" which hatch after a few days. Eggs must be placed in water to avoid a dangerous explosion.
-Add custom sounds and textures for each individual species of dragon.
-Add custom particles for different fire types
-Add custom "Boss" dragons (i.e. the red death, screaming death ect.)
-Add un-flyable baby dragons
-Add a custom day/night counter balance system (similar to spiders, only they can fly) , where the dragons are friendly (unless attacked) during the day, and very hostile at night.
-Add code for dragons to attack npc villages (similar to zombies, only once again, flying and shoot explosive particles)
-Remove default minecraft hostile mobs, excluding the wither and enderdragon. (This is to prevent the mod from being un-roleplayable, but due to the uses of said mobs, we may need the "default" mobs to still be spawnable via spawn eggs, just not naturally. The wither and enderdragon, requiring other dimensions or cheats to be spawned, should technically be ok, however the dragons will still be able to attack them)
-Add tamed dragons will attack any and all hostile mobs or bosses if they attempt to attack the user. (unless the user is FLYING in which case it is optional)
-Add custom flight speeds to the dragons, and possibly movement animations.
-Add various types of sword, shield, and bow
Now just to clarify, I doubt this will take much more than the default minecraft code, and as such will not be as hard to implement as it seems. For example : You can already edit your flight speeds via external commands. Anything put in water naturally doesn't do explosion damage, and shouldn't be hard to code. (its just movable tnt, with a 1/2 mc day delay). The gamerule doMobSpawning can already prevent mobs from spawning, so mayby blocking other mobs would be relatively easy from the mod. This however may/may not apply to other mods mobs...
Also to note :
I have attempted to learn my own code, but absolutely none of the tutorials can help me code FLYING trainable mobs. However thanks to the dragon mounts mod, I know it can be done. Other than that I am a complete idiot at coding anyway, so I need some professional help.
As I said any and all coders with an adfly account has full permission to redistribute the mod IF they help me create it. Five models for the main dragons are already done. The rest can be implemented soon.
Various mod making programs are not capable of doing this.
And finally and most importantly, the idea is completely my idea. I have tried to see other mods, ( Lacy99 has a rather good one in progress, but he is ALSO lacking coders, and he has barely been responding in weeks. His idea is very different from my idea, as he wants whole new villages and generator coding, which I am fairly sure will be hard to do. Mine simply tries to implement dragons, and a downloadable map along with youtube series will be made prior to the mods release.
The goal of this, is mainly make minecraft a lot more fun via adding httyd dragons.
Full credit to DreamWorks animation for the "How to train your Dragon" franchise, along with various "DreamWorks dragons".

I tried that, but unfortunately it won't load with any mod, even if weather mod is not installed. Not sure what is going on...

Experience as developer: I have been making various minigames ever since I learned bukkit, with the help of plugin-master Nisovin's magic spells plugin. Using the proper config, I can easily make many minigames, along with ones I have currently made that are looking for a server to live on!
Have you been any other staff positions: I have been owner of 2 servers, staff director of 1, high admin on 3, and admin on 7.
What plug-ins have you made(or if you have made ANY type of minigames): well, I made minigames, but : Glacier's edge : A minigame where you race to make a perfect fortress out of snow. You have twenty minutes and infinite building blocks, but at the end of the twenty minutes everyone gains full diamond armor and a diamond sword, then you must go and kill the other teams. Based heavily off hypixels "walls" minigame.
What do you do when player threatens to DDoS: Ip bans are first, to keep them from accessing the server console. Next is to inform a member with access to console to notify all players that a DDoS attack may occur. We then backup server files to protect against a crash, and finally, if the need becomes urgent, we notify players that a crash may occur and prepare for it via worldbackups, and player-protection plugins.
What can you bring to the server: I bring with myself a creative mind, I am good with building and worldedit. I am also a minigame maker that has been working for 2 years. I am a retired staff from 4 servers and I am also a youtuber. If allowed, I can A : raise popularity of the server via youtube, B : help build and develop new games to keep the server up to date, and C : help donate to the server via monetization of an official server youtube channel.
Why do you want to be a part of The TNT Network: I am a retired staff looking for a new home-server. My previous server was closed due to lack of funding, so now I request a new one. The only thing I ask in return is a 'workshop' where I can build and come up with new ideas for minigames on-server. The reason it must be on server? I agree with people who say mods add alot more to the game, but minecraft 2 would give us a chance to fix things where mojang messed up. Mojang is far from perfect. You people need to learn to love the change : thats what minecraft has always been about, and always WILL be.

Had a similar issue. Forge version conflicts with server version. Its a forge bug, not as much as a mod bug.

The mod is based off the movie "How To Train Your Dragon" however whereas the previous mods I have seen merely implement dragons, I would like to completely redesign how minecraft works. I will use various means to make minecraft less of a survival game and more of a roleplay theme. The following is what I need to be coded by anyone capable to do it :
-Add dragons with custom models to the game, along with the ability to fly, breed, and be tamed.
-Ability to ride and fly said dragons
-Ability to shoot a particle based fireball from the dragon
-Add various TYPES of dragons, each with different abilitys.
-Add "eggs" which hatch after a few days. Eggs must be placed in water to avoid a dangerous explosion.
-Add custom sounds and textures for each individual species of dragon.
-Add custom particles for different fire types
-Add custom "Boss" dragons (i.e. the red death, screaming death ect.)
-Add un-flyable baby dragons
-Add a custom day/night counter balance system (similar to spiders, only they can fly) , where the dragons are friendly (unless attacked) during the day, and very hostile at night.
-Add code for dragons to attack npc villages (similar to zombies, only once again, flying and shoot explosive particles)
-Remove default minecraft hostile mobs, excluding the wither and enderdragon. (This is to prevent the mod from being un-roleplayable, but due to the uses of said mobs, we may need the "default" mobs to still be spawnable via spawn eggs, just not naturally. The wither and enderdragon, requiring other dimensions or cheats to be spawned, should technically be ok, however the dragons will still be able to attack them)
-Add tamed dragons will attack any and all hostile mobs or bosses if they attempt to attack the user. (unless the user is FLYING in which case it is optional)
-Add custom flight speeds to the dragons, and possibly movement animations.
-Add various types of sword, shield, and bow
Now just to clarify, I doubt this will take much more than the default minecraft code, and as such will not be as hard to implement as it seems. For example : You can already edit your flight speeds via external commands. Anything put in water naturally doesn't do explosion damage, and shouldn't be hard to code. (its just movable tnt, with a 1/2 mc day delay). The gamerule doMobSpawning can already prevent mobs from spawning, so mayby blocking other mobs would be relatively easy from the mod. This however may/may not apply to other mods mobs...
Also to note :
I have attempted to learn my own code, but absolutely none of the tutorials can help me code FLYING trainable mobs. However thanks to the dragon mounts mod, I know it can be done. Other than that I am a complete idiot at coding anyway, so I need some professional help.
As I said any and all coders with an adfly account has full permission to redistribute the mod IF they help me create it. Five models for the main dragons are already done. The rest can be implemented soon.
Various mod making programs are not capable of doing this.
And finally and most importantly, the idea is completely my idea. I have tried to see other mods, ( Lacy99 has a rather good one in progress, but he is ALSO lacking coders, and he has barely been responding in weeks. His idea is very different from my idea, as he wants whole new villages and generator coding, which I am fairly sure will be hard to do. Mine simply tries to implement dragons, and a downloadable map along with youtube series will be made prior to the mods release.
The goal of this, is mainly make minecraft a lot more fun via adding httyd dragons.

I have attempted to learn my own code, but absolutely none of the tutorials can help me code FLYING trainable mobs. However thanks to the dragon mounts mod, I know it can be done. Other than that I am a complete idiot at coding anyway, so I need some professional help.
As I said any and all coders with an adfly account has full permission to redistribute the mod IF they help me create it. Five models for the main dragons are already done. The rest can be implemented soon.
Various mod making programs are not capable of doing this.
And finally and most importantly, the idea is completely my idea. I have tried to see other mods, ( Lacy99 has a rather good one in progress, but he is ALSO lacking coders, and he has barely been responding in weeks. His idea is very different from my idea, as he wants whole new villages and generator coding, which I am fairly sure will be hard to do. Mine simply tries to implement dragons, and a downloadable map along with youtube series will be made prior to the mods release.
The goal of this, is mainly make minecraft a lot more fun via adding httyd dragons.
