Introduction:
Hello, my name is tankpillow and I am a Minecraft Java Plugin developer. I have many years in the Java programming language. I started getting into the Spigot API about 2 years ago. Since then, I have made a few plugins that are posted on Spigot. Two of my most notable creations are ChatEmotesX and ParrotPanel (A recode of the plugin JPanel by rymate1234). I am looking forward to developing more plugins, but with a dedicated long-term team.

Qualities I am looking for:
- A fair bit of Java experience. (Being able to develop something without a tutorial)
- Some knowledge of the Spigot API. (People who want to learn are also welcome to join the Discord Server, but not the team.)
- Some knowledge of GitHub for project management. (It is pretty easy to learn if you don't know how it works)

Requirements:
- You must own and use a microphone. (If you do not have a microphone you can use your phone. No excuses)
- The ability to spend at least an hour on a project everyday or every other day.
- The ability to keep calm and not give up on projects.
- You must be at least 17 years old. (Any lower will not be allowed to join the team, but you can join as a student!)
- You can use either use IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse IDE. (I use Eclipse because that is what I learned on)
- Must speak fluent English.

Preferred Requirements:
- Being in North America.
- Feeling that you are creative and have ideas.

What you get:
- Credit with every plugin made for Spigot or custom for a server.
- Split revenue for any premium resource posted on Spigot or MCM.
- Experience working on larger scale projects.

Introduction:

I am planning on making a server that is similar to Minehut, however I am going to need some help with it. There are requirements that you must meet before you can apply. We will not be using Minecraft game hosting, but either a Dedicated or VPS. Features will be discussed over a voice call.

My team and I are looking for a server manager for an upcoming server. The server type is unknown and will be discussed.

There are a few ideas that are currently considering:
