I can try to explain how I was a great employee on these servers but I would rather have a Conversation about it if that's alright with you. I also have experience in all the other Positions, being a Designer, Artist, and Builder on multitudes of servers. I also specialize in making Resource Packs.
What led you to apply for this position & not others? I don't have any current servers I am working for and I recently had to get my PC replaced, which caused the loss of all of my previous work, I would've found a way to save it, but personally didn't care that much.

What are your strengths? Getting people and things on task, leading a group, making and organizing events and projects. When it comes to simple Moderation skills, I am very unbiased and I can focus on what the goal is while executing a good and handled reaction to different situations.
What are your weaknesses? I like to do more than what I currently do. If I am just a Moderator, I need to do more work than I currently have. Whether it be asking for work constantly, or trying to find something to do on the side.
How much time can you contribute to the server each day? When I am not busy that day: 2 hours minimum ( which is pretty unlikely) to 8 hours maximum ( pretty likely )

Yes, because like I said, I like organizing things and making them what they need to be. So organizing a community would be basically the same thing. I would be able do the whole thing I've been wanting to do.

A Moderator in a Server I used to be a big part of went into Creative Mode, went into the Prison server that I was working on and broke off a side of the spawn and build a whole Mining Block on it. I peacefully, respectively asked him why, explained to him why that was a bad thing, asked for input, and I brought it to the Admins and they agreed to have him kicked.

This gave me much of technical knowledge that I have today. This includes plugin configuration, knowledge of in game commands, and much more! I was also Co-Owner on a theme park server, which gave me much of my people skills.
What led you to apply for this position & not others? I always wanted to become staff on a minecraft server again and help out the current team in making a great server. After I saw the work on this server, I knew I wanted to be a part of it.

In my school, I was chosen as a "model student," meaning I do presentations and stuff and represent the school. With this position, comes lots of responsibility. One of these is remembering to wear the special shirt on days of presentations and such. One day I forgot to wear it, and dealt with the situation calmly. I first emailed the teachers in charge of the program and told them about the issue. We were able to fix the problem by me wearing another shirt that was for another student who was absent that day. If it weren't for that, I couldn't have presented! I learned that I should always be responsible from this, and never slack off.

In terms of experience with moderating, I have been a helper on a pixelmon server called pixelspark and moderated and provided assistance to players in need. Basically I would tell them commands, help with in game issues and also with my knowledge on plugins and configurations, help with errors that may occur.

I am looking for an active community with commitment and promise. Most discords or social media connections tend to die off or the server looses its goal to becoming successful and nothing happens from there.

I came across some unfiltered staff on pixelspark. They would insult staff members and or players sometimes because they would feel superior to them based on their ranks. It was frustrating because it was hard to keep the rules in order when such matters were happening, however, speaking to the manager and sorting out the situation was the ideal thing to do so that the server can stay positive.

What led you to apply for this position & not others? Enforcing is the best option for my needs. Being an enforcer to me means, helping players, moderating chat, getting staff together, etc. It's also one of the most important roles. As an enforcer, I must moderate the server of hackers, exploits, and/or bugs. Many responsibilities come with being an enforcer. I definitely fit in the criteria.

Specifically with exploits, temp bans are more necessary. One time, on Shardulm, a player (not naming,) that was a head staff was hacking. We were making room for a new game, when I saw how extraordinarily fast he was placing blocks. I realized he was using FastPlace. Later, The server detected his wurst-client, and he said it must be a mistake. I reported this to the owner, and it was indeed far from a mistake, he was hacking. I immediately /jailed him and waited for further instructions as the Owner was offline and was messaging me in Skype. (Take note, I moved his group from HeadStaff to a normal individual. He was later banned.

I like to write and used to do it in my spare time a lot. I have an extensive vocabulary and am able to make stories that are simple yet descriptive. Andy Bird looked at the sharp locket in his hands and felt disappointed. He walked over to the window and reflected on his miserable surroundings. He had always hated the lonely Murean Beach with its clean, clear cliffs. It was a place that encouraged his tendency to feel dissapointed. Then he saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Hannah Smith. Hannah was a cowardly monster with long,brown hair and lanky arms.
Andy gulped. He glanced at his own reflection. He was a compassionate, depressed, beer drinker with beautiful hair and a skinny torso. His friends saw him as an arrogant, ashamed Devil. Once, he had even brought a stingy old lady back from the brink of death. But not even a compassionate person who had once brought a stingy old lady back from the brink of death, was prepared for what Hannah had in store today. The rain hammered like a hammer smashing one thousand nails making Andy angry. As Andy stepped outside and Hannah came closer, he could see the stagnant glint in her eye. Hannah glared with all the wrath of 1000 sober tooth tigers. She said, in hushed tones, "I hate you and I want closure."
Andy looked back, even more angry and still fingering the sharp locket. "Hannah, I want you, but I can't have you," he replied. They looked at each other with shattered feelings, like two shredded, depressed dog lumbering at funeral with their tails in-between their legs.
Andy studied Hannah's long hair and petite figure. Eventually, he took a deep breath. "I'm sorry," began Andy in apologetic tones, "but I don't feel the same way, and I never will. I just don't hate you Hannah."
Hannah looked disgusted, her emotions raw like a scrawny, small toddler who did not get their dessert.
Andy could actually hear Hannah's emotions shatter into million of pieces. Then the cowardly monster hurried away into the distance.
Not even a drink of beer would calm Andy's nerves tonight.

I've been a Moderator for The Crafting Dead; Staff Manager for a Network by the name of Tenebres, a server called Dream Craft, and some others; Artist here, where I'd like to stay as well as Enforcer; Developer for Toxic Renders, and a few others; etc.
What led you to apply for this position & not others?: Well, I actually initially applied for other ranks; Artist and Developer. I'd like to keep Artist, but I don't think Developer is necessarily right for me here. I chose later to be Enforcer as well so I can further help out in this server. At the rate that it's going, I think that Elysium may actually go far. I'd like to help stop rule breakers, etc in their tracks.
Where are you from?: Arkansas, USA.
What are your strengths?: I think that my strengths mostly are management, administration, and artistic ability. With Management, I enjoy to make documents, etc to clean up the server and to have a record of everything. In Administration, I think that I have an advantage over many others, especially considering the fact that I take High School JROTC. In JROTC, we are taught how to be great leaders, and how to also have great motivations, etc, and how to be a "servant-leader" (It's a great term, you should look it up). In Art, I love to draw and make music. It's my passion. I've been in music for a long time now, coming on 5 years. In those 5 years, I've learned how to effectively play these instruments: French Horn, Mellophone, Trumpet, Piano; and are learning these: Guitar. For drawing, I've mostly just done traditional art (Pencil, Paper, and Colors), but have started to use digital programs to do my art.
What are your weaknesses?: I think that my biggest weakness is my want to be liked by everyone. This won't effect how I treat players any differently, etc, but I do try to be as nice as I possibly can towards others.
How much time can you contribute to the server each day?: Several hours, actually. Mostly, during the night, but during the day as well!

What makes you feel this way?: I can accomplish this; I know this because of my earlier experience in fields like this one. The only position I was ever fired from was Crafting Dead; It was the first ever server I was Moderator on. They said I did a great job, but they thought that I should moderate a smaller network first.
Tell us about a time you had dealt with an altercation/problem. How did you deal with the situation? Did you learn anything from it?: I think the biggest problem I've dealt with was at my old school; an old country town. There was this boy, and we were good friends. During the middle of the school year, his mom passed away. To keep him from being depressed, etc, I helped him in any way I could to help him cope with the issue. Another time was at my current school. A guy and a girl got into a heated argument; The girl (sorta) hit the boy, and he walked away yelling and screaming, cussing and making a fool of himself. Then, another guy got into the middle of it, and they were probably about to fight. I got in between the two of them and mediated the fight, stopping any physical harm. I also told the first guy to calm down and stop making a fool of himself. He was at first pissed at me, but later apologized. In these, I learned that you should always be willing to help, and never be the start of the problem. You should either walk away, or try to cool down the situation.
Write a paragraph telling us about yourself.: My name is Adam, I'm 16 years old, and I come from a small, nearly 400 person down-country city. I lived there until my 8th grade year. That's also where I first started music. The Band Director, Mr. Holder, spoke in an assembly to us, 6th graders at the time, about the opportunities in music. I then signed up for Band for the next year. I started out with the French Horn. I did music there until the middle of 8th grade, when my dad took custody. We then moved to a larger, more opportunity school, where I started JROTC and played in their much better and larger band (This school is in the top 10% of the Nation). I've lived there ever since, and I now am going into the 11th grade.

I have worked with numerous servers, specifically, rpg servers. In my earlier span of being a developer, I'd work for a lot of unknown servers that would die off within a month. However, I am pretty proud with being the developer for The Collapse which was an unique rpg server that is similar to "The Purge". I was one of two developers with said server, and it was awesome to say the least. I made custom lanterns, a full fledged character creation plugin, jobs, and much more. I've been working with servers for years, but have stopped so I can gain more knowledge that I would need for real life.

I don't think it is possible for me to rate my own maturity, as I may seem immature to some, or highly mature to others. It all depends on perception, and of course I will have a different view to others on myself. However, I consider myself quite mature, although I can act immaturely around my friends, though this is rare. I will not tell you I am faultless, that is far from true. But, when I do make a mistake, I learn from it. I know I am not perfect, and I willingly admit it. I stand for my ideals, though I stay open-minded and level headed. I do not enjoy causing conflict or "drama", and I acknowledge my flaws; which is why I believe I am mature. I (hope) use proper grammar, which sets the basis for maintaining a professional environment. If required to complete a task, I attempt to do so efficiently and without delay. I have moderated a few small servers, where I have monitored chat, solved player problems relating to arguments, bugs and rule infringements. In doing those things, the servers became enjoyable communities, where everyone was involved. These were numerous small servers, which are no longer active for various reasons (Financial for the most part) and had a usual player count of 6-10. In these positions, my main duties included monitoring chat, and generally being the person to talk to regarding questions, issues, or suggestion. I was required to keep a level head, and remain just. Due to my timezone, I was often the only staff member on, and I was bombarded with questions, or requests. One of these servers was titled "JuanCraft". I may not be experienced in moderating large servers, but I can guarantee my hard-work and dedication. At first, I may be a bit rusty - I haven't moderated in a while, but I will do my best to pick it up again.
What led you to apply for this position & not others?
I will not lie, I have recently applied for a staff position on other servers, but after seeing this project, I withdrew my applications. This project excites me, it's not a cliche factions server, as you said. It would be a pleasure to assist in its growth, whilst watching it flourish. As for the position of moderator, connecting with people something I am passionate about, and doing so in a fun, safe and professional environment. Whether it be solving a player's problem, or working with fellow staff, I eagerly take it on. A moderator's primary duty revolves around the players of the server, something I love to do. Although other staff members cooperate with each other, and work as a team, their position does not directly relate to people; hence why I am not applying for them. I am aware of the challenges of this position - ones I am willing to face. In summary, this would allow me to express my love of people, and getting to know them.

As I stated above, I'm from Australia. The majority of our population lives on the coast, not in the outback. You will find all but one of our capital cities are within an hour's drive from a beach. Kangaroos, Koalas, you name it, still frequent our landscape. I speak fluent Aussie, I would be happy to teach our slang.
What are your strengths?
I'm nowhere near perfect, although I do have a few strengths. For one, relating to people is something I take into my stride, though I may occasionally disagree with someone. I have strong ideals, but I remain unbiased; and open-minded. I believe my passion for language and cultural aspects may come in handy, but I'm still learning. Surprisingly, I work well under pressure by utilising (Australian spelling) multi-tasking.
What are your weaknesses?
I have many weaknesses; I am human after all. If I have a belief, I stick to it, no matter the problems it causes. My way with dealing with discrimination isn't always acceptable. The list goes on and on. I tend to make many mistakes, whether it be offending someone, or just being clueless - I'm a bit of an airhead at times.
How much time can you contribute to the server each day?
For the majority of the time, around 3+ hours, depending on commitments. This is excluding the assessment period, where it would be limited to 1. My grades mean a large deal to me, but I would not let the server suffer for it.

I am willing to talk to any players, whether to solve a problem, or to show that the staff are on the side of the players. One of the main duties of being a Mod involves connecting to people, as it assists both the staff and player solve an issue. Also, if the player feels like they can talk to the staff, they will be more inclined to be active on the server. I would only punish a player with proof, and with good reason. Before a punishment is laid out, I would warn the player. If needed, I will deliver a swift punishment to a rule-breaker, but not before consulting a higher-up like an Admin if it. I work well under pressure, and I respond to any orders. As a moderator, you are required to put the players first, whilst being fair and preventing rule-breaking. I may be flawed, I'm only human; but I can promise I will be dedicated to this server, without a doubt. Tell us about a time you had dealt with an altercation/problem. How did you deal with the situation?
On "JuanCraft", the server was at its peak, with 36 players. The problem was, I was the only staff member available. I was able to deal with the majority of the problems without too much difficulty, until a player started displaying profanity, and linking photos containing explicit content. After a warning, I promptly muted her. Due to me being a fairly new Mod, I was required to consult an Admin before banning a player. She was actually quite a popular player, her being muted sparked an argument in chat. I had to maintain the server's player count, by keeping the players content, while policing any rule-breaking. I calmly explained to the players why she had been muted, and listened to any of their complaints. These I answered, until they were satisfied with her mute. After talking to an Admin, it was decided she would be given a temporary ban, with the next time being a permanent ban, no exceptions. Sadly, the server started dying down shortly after, as a result of the owner removing features due to financial reasons. After this experience, I learnt how to reason with players, and keep a level-head. It was difficult not to lash out at some of the instigators, but this caused me to keep my anger in check.
