Staff Code of Conduct
A. Be friendly towards players
There is NO excuse to be rude to any player on the server. IF this is seen or evidence is provided of it happening, there will be immediate consequences, ranging from a warning to a kick of our staff team.
B. Don’t condescend or put down players in the chat
While we all get frustrated sometimes when players ‘don’t get it’ when trying to explain something multiple times. We don’t want to hurt the player’s feelings intentionally by making them feel stupid. As a staff member, you are required to hold your composure at all times.
C. Cursing
Any form of abusive, racist or bullying comments or language will result in immediate punishment. All rights, privileges, ranks or any benefit you have received on this server will be immediately withdrawn.
Staff Protocols
· Enforce chat rules.
· Answer any and all questions. If you can't give them an answer, refer them to someone who can help them
· Be a role model for other players
· Be very kind to everyone regardless of how they treat you.
· Be ready to drop what you're doing to help.
· Welcome new and returning players
· Create abuse reports on players who break rules
· Assist higher-ups in testing new functionalities or report any current bugs
If you are looking for a brand new 1.14 SMP, then you are welcome to apply. We are currently recruiting members that are above the age of 15 because we are not going to be PG13.
