I'm sorry if it's suggested before. I just couldnt figure out what to search.
Nightmode! The ultimate killing mode! When you set this mode on, a new world will be made. The world will contain a starter house, wooden sword and leahter armor. You spawn inside the house. You have 5 minutes to get ready for the night, where you have to go out killing. After the night is over, the reward will be calculated after how much kills you have done. The reward will be rarely a sword, mostly points. When you get enough points, you can buy better weapons and also a better house. For more points you pay, the bigger the house will be. Bigger houses is good since you will get more benefits. The benefits will be:
Animal farm. A room where animal will spawn. Good for getting food! The spawning will cost points for each real life minute, but will be better than buying food.
Wheat farm. A room where wheat will grow. It costs points for each real life minute. What you need to do is to get the wheat as fast you can. It will grow faster than normal wheat, but will also vanish after 5-6 seconds.
Bow/arrow room. This room will contain skeletons. They will take less damage then normal. Your task is to kill them as fast you can. The first skeleton will drop a bow if you dont have a bow. Everyone else will drop arrows They drop 1-4 arrows each time.
The roof. At night, you can walk up there. If you have a bow and some arrows you can stay there and shot. Skeletons is the only mob that can attack you.
Chest room. You will start out with only 1 single chest for the drops to be stored in. The bigger house you buy, the bigger the chest room is.
Mine. Find random ores here.
You can suggest more benefits too!
You can craft and smelt whatever you want.
After buying the largest house, you can buy a mob trap. This will kill 1/4 of all mobs that spawn. But it cost very much.
If you die, you will lose all points, and every weapon. A wooden sword will be given though.
OK. Tried to start up my server again, wrote in my ip adress (88.89.4.160) clicked the minecraft_server.exe but then ''FAILED TO BIND PORT'' appeared. I've promised some friends the server will be up and running soon, so ow i am i a big mess. :sad.gif: So if anybody knows how to fix this, maybe the can tell me?
EDIT: tried the solutions in the FAQ. Didnt work.
EDIT 2: Found the problem. Just forget about this thread now.
I saw a vid where a guy found the void in beta! He said: If lava spawns on level 1, level 0 turns into smooth stone. Dont know if this still works though
