Assuming you're asking us to add options in the config file to disable certain blocks and items (your question was a bit unclear), we can look into it for next update. We're already busy with quite a lot of bugfixing and such for Extrapolated Ores at the moment, though, so it may get delayed a patch or two, depending on how difficult it ends up being to add. Also, as for the Copper Ingots not being useful in other mods, consider that fixed for the next version. We figured out how to use OreDictionary just before we released the most recent patch, so we'll be adding support for commonly used items like Copper, Tin, and Bronze next patch.
Nothing good in extrapolated ores, but the new quartzes. Could you make all the things like throwable nuclear bombs, and copper that cannot be used in other mods, and all this stuff, be available to disable in config file?
In AM there were nexi, but the way they were created was not fun, it was just a piece of dumb magical chalk.
However, I recall a really cool mod that introduces a way more fun way of creating sigils.

Well, you could clone it somehow. In Runic Dust you would place a complicated rune using a kind of recipe. I think that might work.

Mithion, do you like the idea? What if magical rails would be created like that?

And vanilla-like golem summoning would be nice as well. Multiblock constructions and in-world activities are just awesome.
Ars Magica is one of the most fantastic minecraft mods. Thank you.
