What is OrangeMC all about?

I'm a college student who is studying web art and digital design I came up with the idea of starting OrangeMC as to see a community grow and make connections within OrangeMC I have started from scratch and learnt the fundamentals. I am looking for eager staff members to join OrangeMC's staff team we have currently these positions open.

Why should you join OrangeMC in the first place?

Well, firstly I don't want your money hence why I have made it Non P2W.
I am a very fair Owner and have even set my own limits on myself I am not allowed myself to partake in factions with you all as I assume you guys wouldn't like it. Even though I heavily enjoy factions.
I want nothing but you all to enjoy what I am offering which is a Non p2w , relaxed factions experience minus the bullcrap.
I have a passion for providing the best possible factions experience and making sure members of OrangeMC are happy.
I have enabled a system in place which is. If members of OrangeMC want or recommend something they can submit their suggestion over in my discord where if that suggestion gets positive feedback I will make that my top priority of making it a reality for them.

I have a detailed and very in-depth description of what my server is about just over on the "PC SERVERS" section. Players can read up all about what we're all about. But as far as the staff positions go I said "For those who are interested we can talk I'm available through discord @iJustFocus#3700" as one that shows me they're willing as they've gone out of their way to find me out on Discord. and it was basically an opening to what I currently have available at the moment. But seeing as you weren't really pleased with how I situated my comment on here I will fix it up personally in regards to you.
Hi, my Minecraft IGN is SUlClDAL. I've been searching for online for about a week now. Just for a decent , classic , non op factions server that has cheap ranks ( preferably top rank at $60.00 and lowest rank $5) that has rank upgrades as and option along with a stable player base that has mature people and a Owner with morals. if anyone knows or plays a Faction server very similar to what I've described please contact me. p.s I'm in need of gamin buds too I haven't really got any like at all ( pretty lonely ) I'm more anti social but I'm somewhat edgy with a mix of a nerd ( I am ODD at its finest) it'snot that I'm a creep or anything I get along with girls like it's my second nature. But they always seem to want something more like a relationship ( I am fairly attractive) but all I'd be happy with is just some classic, gaming buds I can game with.
