Not a chance to fly this rust bucket. Noxu thinks, hesitating before going out the back. The unconscious man was gone. Assuming he's waken up, Noxu walks down the high platform steps, leading to a larger one with a small building and several ships docked there. The plating covering the platforms were nearly black, with light blue lines going in random directions. Any other ships without security at all? One thought was in his head. Not today. He would kill to get off this planet, just too many people at once.
((Okay, finally I've made a character. I've tried Werewolves, but I hate the Twilight version of it, (Eh) They are clearly Animagus's (Change at will), not werewolves.))
Name: Phaedran (Fay-dran)
Age: She doesn't know, most say 18.
Gender: Female
Monster or Human?: Monster
If Monster, what Monster are you?: Lycanthrope (Werewolf)
(EDIT:) If you're a student who was already at YA at the start of this RP, what grade are you in?: 12. (Arrived this IC year)
Human Form Appearance: (Sadly, I can't find a custom image or draw one)
5'6”, she has nearly blonde curly hair coming down to her upper back. Skin complexion isn't too tan nor too white. She is lightly thin, the only odd part is the deep green yellow eyes she possesses, and the massive bite and claw scars on her right arm and lower neck.
Monster Form Appearance: When a Werewolf, she is nearly seven foot, with one-two inch canines.
Bio:
In the Middle Ages; many Europeans believed wolves were tools of the devil, so the animals were ruthlessly hunted. Epileptics and the metally ill were often brought to court and accused of being werewolves. Today, psychologists use the term 'lycananthrope' to describe a mentally ill person that actually believes he has been changed into a wild animal. The word 'werewolf' literally means 'manwolf', since 'wer' is the Saxon word for 'man'. In common folklore the way the curse is transmitted is a bite from another werewolf, Family curse, or drinking water from the animal's footprint.
If there is a full moon, Phaedran needs to be alone, probably locked up, or someone will have large claw wounds from her attacking them viciously. She can't turn on will, only when the moon is visible, she keeps her mind in a large biped wolf body, only on full moons she loses all, trying to kill. Though she is trying to learn how to control herself, so far failing.
Phaedran is rather shy, which makes it hard for her to find friends, and with the 'her turning into a large man-eating beast every month'. She tries her best to fit in, but it only results in her friends screaming and running away. Due to being lonely like that, she is socially awkward and pauses a fair bit in mid conversation. She spends her time being alone learning as much as she can about one subject at a time.
How she got to Yokai is her parents. They literally wanted less time with her when she recked half the house when a Werewolf. She was bitten returning from school one day, when an odd large 'dog' came and attacked her. Her parents heard about this school where all the freaks went to, and without considering signed her up.
((Thank you. Here's the application - and another one for a spaceship.))
Name: Patroo Antilles Gender: Male Age: 18 Race: Human Appearance: Pat has dirty-blonde hair which he styles so that it is waved, usually, to his right, covering his right forehead but leaving his left forehead bare. His eyes are grey, and he has no beard/moustache. He's 170 cm (5'8") tall, and 69 kg (135 lbs). Usually, he wears a dark grey helmet with a black, goggle-shaped visor. The helmet hides his entire head, and meshes with the equally grey armour he wears on his body, arms and legs. He also has boots of the same styling. On his hands, he wears black gloves with small armour plating on the exterior of each digit to provide extra damage when he punches someone. Covering his back and occasionally parts of his arms is a beige cape. Cybernetics: N/A Disability: Pat feels as though without his disguise, he is seen as a scrawny kid not worth anyone's time. He just wants to be noticed and respected as an equal; to some degree, he wants to be feared. Occupation: Pat occasionally takes Bounty Hunting contracts, more often when the job doesn't involve killing his target, or if the target is clearly a vile person. He also takes smuggling, VIP protection, and artefact retrievement jobs. Group: None. He does have some slight ties to the Multidaeus in terms of his beliefs, but nothing substantial that visibly affects him. Biography: Pat was born on Horizon. His family consisted of his father, mother, an older brother, an older sister, a younger sister, and a younger brother. When he was at the age of 12, his family decided to move to New Vini, but the shuttle meant to take them there was hit by a terrorist attack. His father, mother and older brother were killed while Pat was forced to watch, and he never saw his other siblings again, however they were presumably killed in one of the many explosions around the spaceport. Pat was freed from the grasp of the terrorists when security robots arrived, but instead of waiting for someone to give him help he resolved to steal one of the shuttles. He obtained his armour and weaponry by the age of 14, and then began his career as a near-criminal. By the time he was 16, he had gained a small reputation and had mastered piloting his shuttle, which he had also begun to modify. Weapons: Pat's main weapon is a 90 cm long, 20 cm tall, 6 cm wide electro-pulse gun. It has a cylindrical barrel around 50 cm long; the half furthest from the user has a larger diameter of 6 cm to make it more useful for hitting people in close-quarters-combat. The rear of the weapon is where the 20 cm height comes into play; this is measured from the bottom of the grip (Which extends from the handle at a 120 degree angle) to the top of the trapezoidal section where the energy blast is developed. In front of the handle is a small trigger. At the top of the trapezoidal compartment is a removable solar panel which can feed a battery just below it, which can also be charged via wall socket or simply replaced. This aforementioned trapezoidal section is where the energy is culminated into a bolt, which can either kill or stun based on the mode it is set in, or on the distance between the shooter and the target. Other: Pat is the Captain of his ship, the Benny King, which may or may not have originally been named the Pew Pew.
Name: Benny King (I'll explain)
Captain: Patroo Antilles
Length: 30 meters
Height: 5 meters when landing gear extended, 3.5 meters for just the body
Weight: 55 tonnes
Speed: 55 Light Years/Day, on impulse, up to 30 000 km/h. Within a planet's atmosphere, speeds usually stick to just over 1000 km/h
Type: Expedient transport between planets. This one has been modified to have very powerful weapons and much better manoeuvrability, turning it into an excellent close-quarters combat vehicle.
Appearance: The majority of the 30 meters this ship fills in length are cylindrical, although reaching the front, the cylinder is flattened somewhat into a point, it is not exactly a cone, as the top and bottom of the ship have a more flat surface around this cockpit. The windshield is the upper surface of this flattening area. The very tip of the vessel contains a laser gun, which can fire once every second, emitting a fatal beam of light 20 cm's in diameter. Along the grey and black painted cylindrical body, there are many hatches and features for external repair, but there are also two exits from the ship. Both of these are on opposite sides of the vessel, about in the exact middle, and immediately inside the ship from these exits is an airlock (Separate ones for each exit). The next features worth mentioning on the cylindrical body are the missiles. About five meters behind each airlock is the front of a large missile compartment; each can contain two heat-pursuing ballistic missiles. There are 6 locations for leg-like landing gear to extend from the craft. At the bottom of the back of the cylindrical body is an indentation and a flat surface, which can rotate down to create a boarding ramp. The final feature of the exterior is the set of engines arranged around the back of the cylinder to provide different types of flight. Now, on the interior, we shall commence at the top of the boarding ramp. The area around the ramp contains various compartments with essential supplies, such as batteries, first-aid, food and water, emergency repair tools, and wires; beside some hatches to fix minor problems with the engines. Moving up towards the cockpit, we find a more narrow hallway in the centre of the ship and entrances to two identical living quarters (One on either side), complete with beds, washrooms, and lots of storage space. Back in the hallway, we move past these two blocks and the hallway widens into a circle with four equally separated branches, including the one we've just come up. Directly across from where we've just emerged is another identical hallway, while to either side is entrance to the aforementioned airlocks. Let's continue on through the hallway, where once again there are two identical living quarters, one on either side. One of these is occupied by the captain, but aside from his personal effects it is identical to the other rooms of its design. We next reach a slightly more open area, but this is brief and has very few purposes. From there, an entrance to the cockpit is available. to access the cockpit one must walk up a small flight of steps. There are two chairs in the cockpit, and standing room in the doorway for one other person. Since there are buttons, screens and devices on all sides of the cockpit, the chairs have the ability to swivel, but also to lock into a certain direction.
Crew: Just the Captain, for now. Maximum of 3 other passengers.
Other: I promised I'd explain the name. Well, Captain Pat discovered some old musicians, and one of them was Ben E. King. He liked the sound of it and named the ship after the artist. For this reason, you shouldn't be surprised if you hear his music coming out of the intercoms.
