I've run into a problem recently where if I try to join a server, it connects and logs in just fine but once it comes to loading terrain it gets stuck then after a minute or so it either disconnects or has the internal exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. This only happens on a few servers, not all of them.
I am using minecraft Java edition 1.12.2 and I've tried it with and without Optifine and shaders but I still get the same result.

Why I should hire you?: You should hire me because I love to build and I'm a great medieval builder. I want this server to prosper and grow big. I work really well with other builders and I can take off of other people's builds and possibly make them better. I am not super familiar with world-edit mostly because I don't need it. I can be really strict when i have to and I can take charge of a situation.
Previous Experience: I will soon be a builder on another server but the person who is the owner loves my builds and really wants me to succeed. but other than that i haven't really had a whole lot of experience being on staff as a builder.

Why Should We Hire You?: I am very good at medieval building and my friends love what i build and some people even think i should work for hypixel.
What Experience Do You Have?: I am a head builder on a different server that is currently down for a while.
Would You Consider Donating?: No but I would if I could.
What Sets You Apart From The Other Users Applying?: I don't think a lot of them are as good as they say they are but I am being dead serious about what I'm saying and I can be trusted.
How Mature Are You?: It depends but i can be mature if i want to be. On a scale of 1-10 i would say a 9.
Can You Work Under Pressure?: It depends on what you want me to build but I usually can.
Do You Know How To Make Plugins?: No.

Why I should hire you?: You should hire me because I love to build and I'm a great medieval builder. I want this server to prosper and grow big. I work really well with other builders and I can take off of other people's builds and possibly make them better. I am not super familiar with world-edit mostly because I don't need it. I can be really strict when i have to and I can take charge of a situation.
Previous Experience: I will soon be a builder on another server but the person who is the owner loves my builds and really wants me to succeed. but other than that i haven't really had a whole lot of experience being on staff as a builder.

What you can offer?: I can offer my helpfulness, kindness, and my generosity. I can possibly help advertise this server and turn it into a great place to be and to have fun.
Anything else?: I believe this will be a good experience for me. I can play after 4:00 pm on school days but then on weekends and when there isn't school I can play pretty much all day.
